Given the delicate nature of this area of care, such excellent treatment alleviated much of my potential anxiety.

Jenny was very polite and very nice she told my PSA levels were excellent. I told her it was like I didn’t even get it taken out. I feel the same, even better now. She told me your like our poster child, I smiled and said Thank You! I would Love to think Dr. Lightfoot and his team they saved my life. Literally and nurses at the office extremely nice. I’m very thankful and very much appreciate everything.

Terrible communication-told when checked in for ultrasound that I also had dr appt later-wasn’t told that before-then told didn’t need urine sample-when I went for dr sppt said needed urine sample-told results would be given via phone call yesterday-still haven’t heard so called and was told someone would have to call me back-you guys need to get your act together
