These ladies are phenomenal! I have been to my fair share of nail salons in the area and the service I’ve received blows anyone else out of the water. I haven’t had a mani or pedi I haven’t been super pleased with! Keep it up ladies!

I have tried every place in Altoona and Jewel nail is my favorite! All the girls are super sweet and execute what I want every time!

I love this place and the girls that work here are so kind and they all work so hard. I wont go anywhere else.

AWESOME SERVICE! They are always very accommodating and in the past two years I've been going there ONLY ONCE have I called in the afternoon and they haven't been able to work me in that same evening! The staff is always friendly, funny and helpful! I am NEVER wondering if they are talking about me or other customers in a foreign language like what happens in some salons.
They have SO MANY DIFFERENT COLORS I'M GUESSING ABOUT 500 DIP/PWDER! To choose from! Polish, schlac and powder! The pic is only part of the powder color, there's at least that many for other options. Manicures, nails, pedicures, and waxing with several options! They just got all new Pedi chairs and comfy Mani chairs! Reasonable prices and repeat customer discounts!

Still excellent service! I love how they adapt to the moods and needs of their customers! They have even started a second frequent customer reward system earning points!

This my first time here. I pay my pedicure $65 and my nails dip nails $65 but I get terrible experience from the young girls. She just gives little lotion and massage less than 2 minutes and toes nails color look muddy, after she finished my feet I look nothing different at all. She did my dip nails with terrible looking. Dip nails coming off in 2 day. And this salon so dirty and smells very bad

My fiance got her nails done there on the 6th, and not even 4 days later, she noticed that they were lifting and starting to come off. Not going there again.

Big fail on pedicures.
You spend money on spa treatments and they treat it like a color change. No massage, only a little oil, and no lotion
I've been coming here for years and it's been going downhill
I'm over spending my money on the place, to many choices to spend my money on.
I always make appointments and I get ran through like cattle.

Love this salon! Even when they are busy they take their time and don’t rush through to get to the next person! This is the only salon I’ve been to that everyone does a great job and I don’t have to ask for a specific person. 10/10 recommend!

I visited as a walk-in for a pedicure and received PHENOMENAL service. I am so very pleased with the overall experience. Everything was exceptionally clean and new tools were used. Staff is extremely friendly and want to make your visit the best possible. I will definitely return!

I got right in for a walk up manicure. Lady was super nice and did a great job. Place was clean. Cost seemed reasonable too -$48.

Went in for dip manicure with gel and chrome powder on top.dip portion looked great.gel and chrome look sloppy with several spots missed with the powder and the edges not cleaned up.left with nail polish on my fingers not cleaned off and told it will come off when I wash my hands with soap again at home

Let me just start by saying save your money and time and go somewhere else. I have never been so unsatisfied before. I walked in with the intention that they would do good considering no customer was there but me. I didn’t get told hello, I didn’t get offered, a drink, I didn’t even get asked if anything that had to do with my nails looked okay. I walked back in when they were done because they looked so bad and I spent $64.20 on these nails. And the manager is so rude, took them off, and said we can’t do your nails at this expectation you have so here is your money back… I just wasted almost 2 hours and 30 mins of my time.don’t waste your money please.

UPDATE:
I got told by the owner of this “nail salon” to call to talk about the situation and apparently she said “she didn’t write that it was automated through the system. ” My expectations were not too high. I asked for a full sit of almond shaped acrylics with one nail color. What a lazy company and manager.

I love going to Jewel Nails. My manicure is always excellent. There is a lot laughter. It truly is a happy, hardworking place. They are always very kind to me. I highly recommend it!

They treated me with lots of respect and made sure that I liked them as well as her design before she continue doing the rest of my hand I was offered water.
