I purchased a oil change through Groupon they told me that they couldn't honor the voucher even though their business was listed on the app so I had to pay twice for a oil change wasn't very happy

This service was fast and the employees were very respectful. I am very satisfied with the service there!

I thought in the past they top off liquids as in window cleaner and antifreeze? This time a charge of $10 to top off after a $90 oilchange. I declined paying the extra. Not sure if I will return. I have been a returning customer for several years at this same location with all my vehicles. This visit was a bit disappointing. The workers were but wanting to charge me extra for top off not so great. Thank u

They were very quick and friendly. But when I went to leave I ended up having to wipe down my interior from oil on the center console, steering wheel, and arm rest.

Always get the best service, will match any coupons! Ryan on 14th has the best crew! Can't come up with one bad thing to say about this place! Thank you

They know wat they were doing and did it right and at a low cost Ryan is a really good mechanic

They're my favorite, the are under new management and have been extremely helpful and solved all the problems I had and even helped me get discounts. Also very efficient, I was in and out in less than 20 minutes with 2 cars ahead of me. They're greatly appreciated and amazing people!

This is a good and quick oil change. They will recommend additional services. Change your own cabin air filter it’s easy.

Michael was friendly and knowledgeable. The staff wasn't pushy with their recommendations for things needed on my vehicle and I will be taking their recommendations when I get paid again. They were fairly quick as well.

They do a great job with oil changes but should probably stick to that. I had them check out the fan in my car the first time they checked it afterwards it completely stopped working and then they said they had nothing to do with it. After I took it in to get the Spark plugs put in the guy with the ponytail goes into the back and takes out the fan in the back and now the fan in the back doesn't work. I didn't even bother to go back up there and say anything because they're going to tell me once again if they had nothing to do with it but he took it out and told me he switched them around cuz he was trying to see if the blower was working. I just get tired of people saying that they didn't do anything wrong when they know that they did but just don't want to take accountability. Like I said wonderful with oil changes but they should stick to what they do best.

I took my van in for a routine oil change, expecting it to be usual: sit in the waiting room bored because I let my phone battery wear down to nearly nothing and one more game of Sudoku could finish it off. But instead, it turned into an absolutely delightful visit. I got to talking to another customer, Tracey. A short while later Ryan came into the office/waiting area to get Tracey's info, then mine. We all got to talking; I haven't laughed that much in a while. When my vehicle was done, I felt like he wasn't going to try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need, and he didn't. The recommendations he gave were things I already knew about. I scheduled work to be done in January to replace my back brakes, and I'm actually looking forward to it.

I used the Veterans day discount. Good service but the coffee was cold. Not as friendly as last time.

The service technicians were very friendly and knowledgeable. They got my vehicle in as quickly as possible. It was a fantastic customer experience.

All 3 of the workers there today were awesome man. Very helpful and worked their way around a little issue they came across. I would definitely recommend work here. Give them raises?

It took me 3 visits to get in without over an hour wait. The cost has gone way up too. I'm seeking a different place for my next oil change

After 10 minutes in the lobby I overheard a man saying he was usually at the Clive location (short beard, circle tattoo on wrist) who was trying to order a part for another car. Meanwhile another tech came in to inform me that my drain plug was rounded so they were trying to get it off. The man from Clive went out and I over heard him say "if it won't come off then it won't come off" a couple minutes later he came in to rudely inform me they couldn't do the oil change and walked out. No explanation or recommendations on what to do. 1 of the 2 techs came in and asked if he had informed me what I owe. I said no. He poked his head out and the man from Clive said nothing, send him on his way. I laughed it off. The tech (very nice and informative) told me to go to another location, because they would have the tools to get the drain plug off. Kudos to the techs! But the other guy needs to check his customer service skills. I left without an oil change but a smile because the younger techs kindness and professionalism.
