Very organized, clean and well-run shop. The manager let me know what I needed, gave me the cost and my car was ready to go about 20-25 minutes from the time I pulled in. I'll come back for the next oil change and their recommendations for service.

Absolutely terrible experience.
First, I called to ask what their wait time was, and the worker said “I don’t know, it’s first come first serve basis. ” So I showed up, pulled up behind the door and went inside. My car was next up in line for an oil change. We waited 20 minutes and then the bay opened up, but the garage door broke, so they couldn’t open the door. Then the bay next to ours opened up, but another vehicle showed up, so they pulled that car in instead of mine. One of the workers told the manager that our car was up next, but he completely ignored him. When I went and approached the manager about the situation, he told me he couldn’t back my car up because he didn’t want to get into an accident.um, what? I proceeded to tell him we had been waiting for over 20 minutes and our car was up next, but he just argued with me instead of fix the problem. When I told him he was being rude, he responded with “you just going to keep arguing with me? ” Then walked away.
Once they fixed the broken door, they then backed my car up and moved it back to the bay it was initially at. Sorry, but I thought you couldn’t back up vehicles?
I tried approaching him again to discuss the situation and he completely ignored me. I cannot believe he is the manager. He was so unprofessional and so disrespectful. Never going here again.

Tried to charge me $199 for an oil change on a VW, because the dealership charges $299. Rip off, not surprising that it was empty when I got there

We didn’t quite know what to do. They just told us to drive in without knowing what we wanted. We had to go ask why they were under the car. Seemed a little disorganized. Great service after we got the need squared away.

Fast and friendly service. They get you in check everything that's needed. Get you back on the road 20 mins or less. They listen to what you want for an oil change instead of trying to sell you stuff. Highly recommend

This location was very nice, will be using them often, lot better than other location in town, had me in fast and got what I needed and back on the road to Muscatine.thank you to everyone working last Saturday.

Refused to service my Fiat 500 because "the oil filter is too hard to get to".

I mean, I really wanted to give them my money.

I have used this company many times and keep coming back. They are quick, efficient, and friendly.and their waiting area is always clean and fresh.

I have always received great service! I will continue to take my vehicle to Jiffy Lube as I have been over the years. I have no reason to switch!

Stopped by this morning for a quick full synthetic oil change on my Mini Cooper Countryman. Asked for a ballpark before I OK’d to have them go ahead. $200! If you don’t want to work on this particular brand of car that’s fine, but at least have the guts to openly say so on your website! Ridiculous!
