I love Jimmy john's! I go here a couple of times a week, the people are great and the sandwiches are awesome.

All Jimmy John restaurants are Drive thru. Depending on location, there may be seating available.

Ordered online 10 minutes before I arrived and still waited ten minutes.freaky fast huh.sandwich was totally soggy pickle ordered sliced was whole and basically had the wrap wadded up around it then taped.my iced tea was stale and undrinkable.worst JJs experience out of many different stores

Do not order delivery if you are hungry! I ordered lunch at 12: 46 pm I was notified that my order was out for delivery at 1: 16 pm & I received my order at 2: 15pm. I work exactly 4 miles from their location. Definitely not freaky fast! When I called the store to find out where my order was the employee could have cared less. He said it was their lunch rush & the delivery driver had over 12 orders to deliver. If that’s the case they need to hire more delivery drivers.

Worst JJ's in the city. How could it possibly take over an hour for a delivery when I live not even 5 minutes away? And they don't even call you! If you call them your met with "Uh sorry. " how is that helpful?

TL, DR: SLOW SERVICE with every delivery order, regardless of day or time. Will not notify you if they cannot deliver your sandwich, will just leave you paid and waiting.

This store will take an hour to deliver a sandwich and not let you know there will be a delay. If you call to check on your food they tell you that you can come get it yourself. I order Jimmy Johns because I know it will be fast and I am a busy gal - but waiting on Jimmy Johns from this location has often made me late. I will not order from here again.

If you treat anyone like that again, you will soon be out of business. It’s okay that only your drive thru is open, but it’s not okay to yell and berate us three times that we can’t walk up to the window. How else are we supposed to pick up our online order when the door is locked?
Oh and then say have a nice day…. It’s too late for that.

I first want to start by saying it is very generous to give this place one star. The amount of ignorance and rudeness in one place is absolutely unbelievable. This place does not has a drop of good customer service. The African American guy who gave me my order was rude. I would not let this guy work at the bottom of the barrel place yet alone a spot that makes food. How do you mess up a simple thing like a sandwich and not replace it for a customer? I do not do reviews that much but this was so bad i just had to take time out of my busy day and do it! Go to a way better place like Jersey Mike's or McCallister's deli. I would rather starve then go to this place

The manager was RUDE to a group of elderly customers, his staff and more. Not to mention my sandwich was an absolute mess with items omitted. Do NOT go to this Jimmy Johns.

Just went through the drive through, and even though they are short staffed the gentleman that helped us was very nice, smiled and was super friendly. Great service, our food came out fast and was good as usual!

I ordered food 2 hours ago. 50 minutes ago it said it was out for delivery. I called this location to inquire on the order. The young lady who answered interrupted me to tell me they were busy, the driver has it & it will get to me when the driver gets here.
Ridiculous.

Waited in drive thru for 15 minutes only to be told I could order but it would be awhile so I had to leave and go elsewhere to get back to the office.

The slowest and most inconsiderate Jimmy John’s I have ever seen. Waited an hour for my food and still not here so I call the location. “We don’t have a driver and I haven’t had a chance to call and let you know. ” In an entire hour you didn’t have 15 seconds to call and tell me you can’t deliver it? ! Do not order food to-go from this location if you actually want to receive it “freaky fast” because I have yet to ever have that happen.

I thought Jimmy John supposed to be fast, I ordered one sandwich and been waiting for 20 mins in drive though, same for the car in front of me. Such waste of time, I will wait for 5 more minutes, then I will leave.
