Worst sandwich ever. The bread was burnt and dried out. Hardly any meat on our sandwiches. ️. Went back to the restaurant and talked to the manager. He was very apologetic and was willing to make things right. We will give this JJ's another chance.

Have had multiple issues with quality control from this location. Usually ask for east hot peppers, which should be 3-4 and I will end up with 6-8 or more on my sandwich. Tonight I ordered a slim 5 and received a slim 1 with the rest of my order correct. Called and asked for a replacement sandwich, employee said it could be a while since they had other deliveries, which was understandable. 40 minutes later, an unmarked car showed up, tossed the sandwich in the door, and someone ran back outside and sped off. Sandwich was correct this time, but the attitude of the nighttime delivery drivers needs to be adjusted.

Best sandwiches ever! Always super fast we got our order delivered in less than 10 minutes today and they’ve never messed up an order. Plus my cat loves the bags ️

Everything I go to the drive thru and order my sandwich with no mayo or mustard. It still comes with it. I only get 30 for lunch and by the time u take it back in and wait in line again. Who needs lunch. Wth.

Slowest service. Not so freaky fast. Been waiting over an hour and a half and still dont have my sandwhich.

This location has always been a good experience. Fast turnaround, good quality, and friendly service.

Love to come through the drive thru whenever I forget my lunch for work, they always make my food super fast and are very friendly and nice.

2 years of ordering to-go from this establishment and have yet to have an order correct. Between no napkins, sandwich not cut, or just completely wrong, it's always something.

Drive thru was quick, I now see why. I'm missing half my sandwich. Paid extra for avocado, missing. Asked for extra onion, missing. For a somewhat expensive sandwich shop I expect them to be built correctly. Unsatisfied customer.

I don’t go to JJ’s often, but totally love the Unwich until today. Ordered my #9 w/o tomatoes. Watched thru drive up as it was being made. Saw them remove the onions from my unwich. When asked about removing, denied. My unwich was truly an unwich.just meat, cheese and mayo. No oil and vinegar and no onions. Boo Jimmy Johns.

This Jimmy John's location gave me food poisoning. I had an Italian Nightclub #9.

I ate the food at 1: 00pm, within 10 hours I was sitting on the couch with muscle aches and nausea and violent watery diarrhea.

Google says the bacteria was Listeria, which is found on lunch meat, a.k. A. Jimmy John's.

Within 36 hours, I'm better.

Never again Yo. Never again.
