Went to go grab some lunch with my boyfriend and I asked for an unwhich style two times as I ordered my sandwich and yet still received bread. Didn’t want to be a bother so I just ate what I got.:/

Super fast service and super friendly staff. Plus, excellent sandwiches. Jimmy john's, why does Subway even exist?

Best customer service I have received at a restaurant post-pandemic! Employee went above and beyond to take care of my order. I was highly impressed!

They had my food ready when I arrived and the staff were pretty nice but they are overworked

We like JJ's, but some locations don't stay open very late. You would do well to call ahead just to be sure.

Best sandwiches of this style by far. Staff is always super nice. Get there before 6pm though because they close early because none of the 30 employees want to work nights

Good service, great attitudes on each of the workers. Had my sandwhich in a freaky fast an freaky fresh span of 25 seconds. Workers were helpful in helping me order the right sandwich.

Great service. Understandable for having to wait a little bit as they are understaffed most of the time. To those who say they have to wait awhile, it makes sense since there’s only 2-3 people in there most of the time.

Not sure this place could be much slower. 14 minutes in the drive thru with 3 cars in front of me.

Freaky slow 2 and a half hours later I heard nothing but excuses out of bread order was wrong delivery finally there now its a cash order so another phone call to correct there are closer stores to us that are not allowed to deliver to us this makes no sense

Food is delicious. However, the delivery time is absolutely ridiculous. It’s been well over an hour since I ordered it. “Sorry. But, we’re short staffed. ” Not my problem.

Get me a sandwich, would like if they had a toasting option but then couldn't be freaky fast.

Disappointed in the service the last few times through and I won’t be going back. Food isn’t made to order, I continue to ask for no of something I don’t want, repeat it and make it clear and I continue to get what I don’t want. The amount of time to make a simple sandwich was far too long and not freaky fast. No urgency, painfully slow while the workers leaned and tossed their water bottles around. I felt like the workers purposely acted in a way that they could care less if they served someone or if anyone returned to the shop. I can see why stores are closing across the Des Moines metro if this is what you allow for employees & service.

We stopped and ordered via drive thru. While deciding what to order, the dude kept prompting us over and over for the order. We looked over the menu board quickly as possible and we were still bombarded if we had decided. No other vehicles behind us. Asked one sandwich cut in half. No problem we were told. The wait at the window was short however, the sandwich we asked cut in half was not as promised. Not condemning this joint but please listen more attentively and cut down on the caffeinated demands. Thanks!

I Order my grandma Jimmy Johns from Minnesota on a weekly basis so my grandma can have a good sandwich in her nursing home. They’re always nice to me. I mess the times up a lot and have to call to change times etc and they never care. Fast, courteous drivers always in a mask

Went to the jordan creek location.nasty attitudes toward me for no reason. Not cool. So, I went to this Clive location instead. 180° switch up! Super sweet crew! Looks like I found my new fave location. Thank you!

These guys were personable and quick even though they were very busy. Great teamwork between them to get orders done and out fast! Can’t recommend enough

They have really good fresh meats and veggies that all compliment each other in the sandwiches. They have wonderful chips and nice workers
