I have never seen such a skimpy sub sandwich. It didn't look anything like the picture on the wall.
And the service was not very good either.
Not very friendly people.

All is good now! I have had multiple bad experiences. Delivery, food quality, order incorrect, you name it. I DECIDED TO GIVE THEM ONE LAST CHANCE since the location that used to deliver here is no longer open. I am impressed! Food was correct, on time and the delivery guy knows how to follow directions! I am just sorry I only tipped him a portion of what I should have based on my past experiences. I will order from them again. If I could I would fix the tip! Next time, I promise! Thank you!

Had an encounter with an employee who takes his personal life and anger out on customers who messed up their own order and politely asks it to be re-made. If it turns out you ordered it wrong I would not go back in to get a new one because you will be ridiculed and have rude and sassy comments barraging you. Other employees were great but this guy has some personal issues that needs to stay away from the workplace. Unprofessional.

Very Tacky Service today and when I got back to my office they forgot to add Turkey to my #11 Country Club. Someone in management please reach out to me.

That is a worst place to eat I used to work with here the employees would drop food and pick it up and used it most of them doesn't wash their hands there was some mold they used moldy food

The new wraps are fantastic! Great store! The wraps are very much so a jimmy johns product. Tons of filling and tastes very fresh. Subways wraps are kinda sad compared to a jimmy Johns wrap. I will be in today! Will try to post a photo.:)

Only JJs I’ve been to so far that hasn’t messed my order up. Had to wait for a bit when I went in, but they were apologetic about it, so I’m not that upset about that

Very good sub shop! This location has never disappointed me. Always tastes good and is delivered super fast! I would give 5 stars, but they for some reason don’t sell my favorite “secret menu” item, the cheese wrapped pickle! I love Jimmys Johns cheese wrapped pickle! The location on Fleur has always sold me one, but when I ask for it here, they act like I’m crazy! But that’s my only complaint really, still recommend!

I love this particular Jimmy John's location because I've never had any problems here. If you're reading this review, you should try their Hunter's Club.

I have tried to order at different times of the day. The latest being 430 pm. They don't close till 5 pm but when I try to order online or call I get online message that closed. When I call it just rings. Website says doesn't close till 5 pm but can't seem to order anything after 4 pm. What's up w that?

Ordered for delivery for 11: 15 didn’t show up until 11: 45. I only get a certain amount of time for lunch so that was pretty much useless. I could have used that time to go get something else. If you’re going to order from here for delivery, set the delivery time earlier than you actually want it.

Always fast and friendly service. Would be 5 if onions aren't put on when you specifically ask for no onions.

Tired of ordering food delivery from here and having to wait 30+ mins for delivery. Definitely does not live up to the 'Freaky Fast' motto.

Always super fast, and good tasting. Have alot of items on their menu.got a little lost the first time I was there. Would regularly not go some place like this but didnt really have time for anything else. Not exactly local cuisine.
