Can’t review food. Online order put in and paid for around 11: 45. Just left store at 12: 33 without food- running out of lunch time. I love Jimmy John’s and usually a great quick option. Maybe an off day but truly bummed out.

Took 15 minutes to get a single sandwich. They started informing people of such a wait time only after they took my order. Would’ve been nice to know before spending my lunch there ‍️

I was in town for a training and after waiting 45 minutes for my delivery I had to cancel the order. I was told the order would be voided (no attempt to contact the driver for an ETA) and would see that reflected in a few days. When I did not see it credited to my bank account I contacted the store, spoke to the manager and he was going to talk more with the GM. I was told the refund could not occur, I could receive in-store credit (that location only, again I was traveling) or contact my bank. I’m not confident I’ll get refunded. I will never return to that location and want others to be aware…go elsewhere!

Listen. I order all the time like weekly from these guys so I obviously can’t flame them too hard. And the sandwiches are fine whatever, but my thing is I don’t want to leave the house for a sandwich and their delivery system is terrible. Worth the walk during the spring and summer, but I’ve consistently not been able to deliver from them recently because they literally have no drivers. Maybe if they made their wages competitive with local employers they would be able to stay staffed, I mean seriously they’re right next to a college campus. It’s silly.

I placed an order online over 2 hours ago and it still has not arrived. The store had no updates as to how much longer the order will be. Poor poor poor customer service!

It’s been and hour and a half since I ordered and still haven’t gotten my food. I saw the delivery vehicle drive through the parking lot and leave and when I called the store they said the driver forgot a drink? Still waiting on my food. Wish I could give zero stars and get a refund.

Music was too loud, couldn't hear when I was placing was my order and didn't get what I wanted on my sandwich

Hella good.food was great along with the service.restaurant looked good and the aesthetic was awesome.only thing negative i would say is there is no delivery option.

Called the store to say my office delivery had not arrived. It has been in a driver's car for over an hour. The JJ person on the phone did not apologize and merely said it would be coming. Waiting for a meal that has been out for delivery over an hour is not acceptable.

Manager on duty called to let me know that they could not complete my order, as I had ordered it. Then without trying to come up with a solution, he hung up on me.

Had went in previously to the store to confirm all details of how to do a large order online. They said they always do them and there would be no issue. Order arrived over an hour late with multiple issues (including missing food). No communication from Jimmy John's.only received updates due to repeatedly calling them. Submitted complaint via Jimmy John's feedback and received no response.

Delivery took an hour and I love less than three miles away. Tracker wasn't updating either. Super disappointed.

This is as rude as anyone has ever been to me while taking my order, anywhere. The store was empty, The moment the door swung shut behind the intolerably rude man taking my order barked "what do you want" at me as if I had been holding up a line. While paying, once the card reader had stopped, instead of being offered a receipt, or told the card went through, He said "you wait down there" not even in careless or rude way, in a hostile way. In a tone of "get out of my face" I want to apologize that my presence was such an inconvenience to the man. I work in the neighborhood and I will try my best to make sure my co-workers also don't bother him or anyone else at this store with our patronage. The person who actually made my sandwich was pleasant.

I order from hear alot and today I order and as a manger of that place he got my address incorrect and instead of him asking me it again he sent a Pryor reciet and circled the correct address and circled the wrong address to as I took it show me I find that to be very rude and argued with me when I called back to let him know very unprofessional as management

Stopped in for lunch and the guy at the cash register does not know to communicate with people. Extremely rude, I have been in multiple times to the university location and every time I come in to this location he is working and is the has the same unprofessional attitude.

Very slow delivery. I live less then two miles from this location and it always takes close to an hour.

Great service & of course sublime food. They always make the day better. Totally worth it!
