My app was broken that day and had to go inside. Staff was great. Helped me fix my app and I got my food.

Food was good. A little slow. Bread was a bit hard. (I prefer a bit softer bread.) Over all ok.

I walked in knowing what I wanted so I went right up to the counter and the 3 kids in there stared back at me like I was in clown makeup finally the oldest came up and got my order and that went alright other than the fact he forgot to click the button to send the signal to the card reader to actually read my card which whatever kinda rookie move but it happens. Now the reason I left one star is because the guy making the sandwiches put the smallest amount of mayo you could imagine on the bread, you could hardly see it let alone taste it. I’ve always said it’s the bread and mayo that makes these sandwiches and when you lack on that your left with a normal roast beef and cheese sandwich anyone came make at home. Raise your pay rate and get some adults with a little integrity in there.

I was charged for 4 sandwiches and a side when I only ordered one sandwich and one wrap. I waited in the drive-through as the only car for 18 minutes. The cashier also told me there would be a refund for my first transaction and I have never received it.

10 minute wait for 1 sandwich and no one else in drive thru? !? ! Staff had my sandwich on table. To busy standing around talking to coworkers. Won't be back

I love Jimmy John's I would say this one special but like people they all are the same on the inside the decor is awesome and fun love the tile in the restroom I want to be a rebel but I am afraid. Anyways good food great service as always.

Lobby not open due to staffing. Ordered & paid online, now have to wait in drive thru for 45 minutes. Needs to be a better way to get pick up orders.

So not freaky fast here! So far we have been waiting at least 20 minutes for our 3 sandwiches to be made. The people in front of us have eaten and gone. Slowest Jimmy John’s ever! Ordered at 12: 52 and literally got our sandwiches at 1: 15

Why would I tip? It cost fifteen dollars for a slim 2 and club. No napkins no extras and after ten fat purchases still no rewards. Jimmie John’s is the next Subway disaster coming to a town near you.

Update: Not only does this review get zero feedback from this location, I literally just called corporate about this store several days ago. The turn over has increased the poor service here. Today I got handed three sandwiches without a bag, without napkins, and without Jimmy John’s promise. Corporate doesn’t care about these issues nor does management. Just another successful American franchise treating their customers like dirt.

Not sure why, but this location is a pale comparison of what it once was. Routinely wait for almost an hour for food. That is not regular fast, let alone "freaky fast".
Currently going on 45+ minutes for my order. Hate to do it, but cannot order from here anymore.

Its ok, but personally i don't like the hard buns also the buns were not stale which is good. At least the buns aren't soggy. The portion sizes are huge.

I ordered a sandwich to be delivered at 12: 30 and it was not here at 12: 45. I called and all they would tell me is it’s on the way even though I got notified it was out for delivery at 12: 10. So much for freaky fast delivery. Do recommend delivery
