Apparently they don't man their drive through at 11 am on a Thursday waited. Went to the window to see if they were open and they were. Then drove around and waited again. No one answered.

Ordered online, order was confirmed, waited an hour and decided to call they told us there were no drivers working and just didn’t bother to tell us.

This place is good but the employee's there on the day I went were gross. They were coughing and didn't cover their mouths. Sandwich was made incorrect. Guy looked at me like why are you complaining? Just weird. If I went back and those guys were there I would leave.

Not real busy but the staff was great, not to mention the sandwich was made exactly how I requested it.

What a joke, Jimmy John’s please close this location. Stopped in over lunch, ordered food, and 10 minutes later they hadn’t even started my sandwich. Person behind the counter wouldn’t credit back my order and I left with no sandwich.

Took 45 mins to receive my food, and only ordered one meal. (Sandwich, chips, drink). I got no napkins, no Mayo packets, or even a straw. When I got my food, the bag looked liked someone dropped kicked it. And my pop is watered down and isn’t even the right pop. Definitely won’t be ordering again.

Have had terrible luck with this location.they once charged my card twice and now delivered to the wrong office. I ordered 15 min before my lunch and now will have no lunch.save yourself some time and order elsewhere.customer service is terrible and they tried to make it seem like I ordered to the wrong location.everyone has gps on phones.no reason for it to have been sent to the wrong location.will never be back

So this was my 1st time ordering online from this location. Not a good 1st impression. It was as if it was closed. Everyone was in the back and no one payed attention to the counter. I legit stood at the counter for a good 10 minutes with no one checking the door or counter. The only reason they came out was when I had to call their number then they finally came out. Were rude when I payed for my food. Honestly, if I wasnt in a rush, they had my food at the pick up spot where I could easily pick it up from an just walk out without paying. Then as soon as I went outside, they went right back doing whatever theybwere doing, as a car driver up. I wouldn't be surprised if they waited 10 minutes before being helped either.

Meat, cheese, freebies, bread or no bread, you can't go wrong. Try that kicking ranch, it's great.

Drive thru was really slow and my order came out wrong. Not normal for this place. Bad day.

Not freaky fast. They were actually really slow. I ordered a veggie with no cheese, no lettuce and no mayo. I got all 3 of them on my sandwich. I also said extra tomato, instead I got no tomatoes. On the plus side, it was all fresh and looked good. It tasted good too just not at all like what I ordered.

I had them rated as 4 stars until today. They have become horrid. Do not come to this store. I love JJs but these people are clueless and take forever.
Save your time go. To any other sandwich shop or JJs but not this one.
I will be going to Jersey Mike's in the same shopping center and you should too!

50 minutes from the time I ordered my sandwich to delivery. I called after 40 minutes and the guy didn’t even apologize. Just said “yeah we’re busy. ” Not. Freaky. Fast.

Not bad. It's JJ. But the open huge bearded guys making food just ask for a hairy sammich.

I’ve been sitting in the drive up waiting for our very simple sandwiches for over 20 mins. No one else waiting. New guy clearly training and another dude not helping at all. Will not return to this shop. This is horrible service and it’s too bad because I love Jimmy Johns.
