9Called about my order taking an hour. The person who answered was very Sarcastic in his voice for no reason. I was just wondering about my order. Update: my order was placed on the floor just inside the door of my son's dorm room and just left there with no way of knowing what entrance it was left at. This was lunch I ordered for my son's birthday. By the time he walked to all 6 entrances it was gone. Someone else picked it up. I called Pella Jimmy Jones and a lady said basically tough luck.
Jimmy John's Awesome sandwich ALWAYS! And you can buy their day old bread two for a buck, great deal! Don't try to do that at subway they will try to charge you $6 for a sub roll

I had JJs delivered for lunch yesterday. I got a veggie unwich (add pickles because I’m not a monster) and it was delicious. There is no better wich than the unwich. I also had chips and Kickin Ranch which were delightful. Delivery time was a bit slow but this did not bother me a bit.
Great sandwich just forgot my hot peppers onion kimmy mustard and avocado plus did not cut in half like requested
I work here. Everyone is great and the food is always great! Come in and say hi some time!
Every time I call to order, I ask for 5 Mayo packets and always get 2. This has happened many times now. Even when I call they tell me that they will give me 5 but don’t follow through. This is frustrating because when I go inside to eat they will let you get as many as you want so shouldn’t the same thing apply to when calling for delivery?
Sandwiches are great, but drive-thru service is a bit slow. Still a great option for lunch.
Sandwiches were delicious and delivered quickly. Originally forgot the drink but im not one to worry about that. About 20 minutes later (assuming more deliveries) we had a knock at the door. And lo and behold. The drink! Will continue to order from this location. And this 100% settled that decision. Never have had a problem from this jimmy johns. Good job staff for doing amazing at your sandwich artistry
