13Order always gets messed up or is always completely wrong. Paid extra for ingredients I never got and the very argumentative manager thinks that a cookie will fix all of that. Said he would put a free cookie on my account but never put the cookie on my account. Will never be ordering from these people again. Uncaring, uncooperative and simple minded.
The sandwiches we order from this location are always subpar compared to other locations - lettuce is browning, bread is soggy from the Mayo, tomatoes are green and hard - stuff like that. Probably something to do with the management.
Ordered via the phone app at 10: 30, as soon as the store opened on College Street. Got my order with a side of protein in my drink. A large bug was plastered to the inside of my drink's lid. Do not order from here until they get their hygiene up to regulation. Disgusting!
Took 30 min to get a delivery for 1 sandwich. So much for freaky fast. My gf ordered pizza and got it before I got my sub

You call and tell me that you close in 5 mins (10pm)
I say that GPS says 8 mins and ask if someone would be able to just wait a few extra mins so we can just swing by.
He says no (they're leaving at 10).
Hope your subs aren't as bad as your attitude.

They forgot my cookie when they delivered, went back and brought it to me. 10/10 for the customer service. Thanks JJ’s ️
College Hill location is the worst! Order from app about one time a week and always seem to be a problem with every delivery. Call store and "nothing" they can do about it but come back, get the food and remake the order. Already takes an hour from app order to delivery and will not wait two hours for sandwiches. The ease of delivery is not freaky fast nor quality.
I like Jimmy Johns, but I will never go back to this location. I had a take out order. I had to get a sack and a cup myself. None were offered to me, and by the time I realized that they weren't going to give me a cup or a sack, they had left the counter.
Tastes like every other Jimmy John’s and they have the cheapest delivery charge ever possible. Unfortunately, every single time I’ve ordered from this location it takes at least 30-45 minutes for them just to deliver about a mile away, they’ve even had to refund for it. Wouldn’t recommend for delivery.
Went above and beyond what was asked and kept our order after closing while we were running late with the road conditions, super nice and delicious, thank you

I ordered at 12: 01 and it is supposed to be closed at 3 so I called at 1 to see where my sandwich was and they answered and told me they closed 3 hours early even though they were still there
