Okay so I see the lack of meat is a PROBLEM at this location. My husband ordered a giant and got so much ingredients that it almost hid the fact he got one single slice of meat. Yall.like see through one piece covering two inch. STRETCHED! The only thing my husband asked for was no tomatoes.the sandwhich had lack of meat Xtra tomatoes
DO NOT get the wrap, the jalapeños chicken is made with chicken SALAD.not sliced, shredded or chuck.no.runny salad. So I voiced my grievances.to be told that this store was privately owned and may be going about things differently. The only GOOD thing about the visit was the cashier, he had a beautiful smile and warm embrace. He also didn't let whoever was glaring over his shoulder affect him.great customer service HORRIBLE food.

I ordered the turkey tom, the sliced wheat bread was all crust, just awful, I’ll try a different location next time.

Never getting delivery from this location again. Sandwich wasn't made correctly and they gave me the wrong chips. Took about 50 minutes for delivery

It looks and feels like a Jimmy John’s but the service and food quality are severely lacking from JJ standards. I’d rather run up the road to the Johnston location where my order is always fresh and fast. I order the same sandwich every time and they either don’t read the special request or just don’t know how to make a simple sandwich.

Today for instance, I asked for no tomato and add hot peppers. I got tomatoes and maybe 4 small pepper slices. I usually see a handful of peppers. I took two bites and couldn’t tell they even used peppers until I tore the whole thing apart to find them.

Gave it a few tries cuz it’s close to my home, but I will not be coming back to this location, staff is rude, and every time, I’m talking every single time I order a turkey tom they forget the tomato, seriously? It’s in the name, how hard can it be? Staff seriously needs retraining or replaced if they make this error repeatedly.

I understand that I ordered a lil John but seriously one slice of meat and I have to pay for cheese? $4.29 for bread, Mayo and one slice of meat is a little pricey for me then add. 38 for cheese I know I won’t be back

Ordered Doordash, order was confirmed and paid for. Never received my order even though Doordash confirmed it was delivered.

Don’t order delivery from here, you can go to the grocery store, make and serve a 5 course meal, and your food will still be sitting at the store. Terribly slow. Especially on weekends.

SSSSLLLOOOOOOWWWW. Several times now I have tried to order ahead of my scheduled lunch hour for delivery and all those times they have taken too long and I end up not being able to eat. Don’t expect a fast delivery from this store. Will not order delivery from here ever again.

The staff at this location are amazing, 10/10 would drive the extra distance just for the experience.
