Absolutely amazing service the employees were so considerate and went out of their ways to make even the little customers days by handing them her own order and did it with a smile

The gentleman who made my sandwich and answered the phone was super nice and understanding as for the driver, he should not be working. I ordered food at 539pm and I didn’t get my food until 625pm. I called and asked why it was taking so long and the gentleman was upset and said it should’ve arrived a while ago. Knowing he remembered my order must mean it wasn’t busy. Once the driver arrived he said “it was 40 minutes, I timed it”. But exactly, 40 minutes, with an attitude and I had 3 others with me that heard it also. The driver should not have that job if he’s going to slack and be disrespectful thinking him ‘keeping time’ of orders is okay. I was only 6 minutes from the store… disgusting and disrespectful.

Says there open till 10 on Fridays I've attempted to get food before work last 2 Fridays around 830 and all the lights are off and there closed kinda sucks cause I used to eat here a lot and it was a amazing

Ordered from the place for delivery and guess what? They didn’t have drivers! Lol don’t order from this place for delivery, now I’m waiting and HOPING I get my money back from them. They didn’t even bother calling to let me know they didn’t have drivers.

Ordered a sandwich yesterday and on my Turkey Tom there was only 1 thin slice of turkey for the meat.

I order from this location quite frequently. Sometimes, it's pretty good. Good food, fast delivery, no issues. But I feel that more times it's just NOT. My order will be messed some way (forgot to add or remove something or not cut in half, and I ALWAYS ask for that). I can get over that. What I can't get my head around is the delivery. "Freaky Fast" HAHA! One time, it took an hour and a half from when the notification said it was out for delivery. Soggy sammie and a large root beer with about 3/4ths of ice melted. And I don't normally order at peak times. Recently, I can't even get delivery. The app tells me that it's not available. The only thing I can think of is they can't hold onto drivers, which sucks, but they need to maybe pay better or find better help. I'm a stay at home dad, and this order once a week is literally my peace. DO BETTER, please.

I ordered for delivery, found a piece of hair. Replaced it with bread that was super hard … and the guy who answered the phone was super rude as well.

They were out of several types of breads and turkey so any sandwich with turkey they were out of. The restroom had a lot of water or I hope was water.

Placed and order online and selected pick up in store. We’ll, the lobby is closed to the public, so I still would have had to wait in the drive through line. Ended up not picking my food up as I didn’t have the time to wait. Seems like jimmy johns needs to fix this because now I’m hungry and upset, so much for freaky fast or planning ahead.

When they say freaky fast. That's no joke. I've never had any food delivered so fast from anyone, anywhere. They're awesome and sooo delicious.

We have ordered delivery from this store 3 times, and twice it has taken over an hour to get our food. Freaky fast delivery? We have ordered food through DoorDash/ pizza that has arrived faster.

Tried to call and place an order didn't get any answer I've called about 10 different times and still no answer, and this location is supposed to be open

Showed up on a Tuesday night at 6PM and your door is locked. Even the hours posted on the door says you should be open.

I mean the food is usually pretty good but I swear EVERY TIME I come to the SE 14th location something ALWAYS goes wrong. They are only taking cash, they just decided to close at 6 PM, they forget to listen to the order and make the proper sandwich. ALWAYS SOMETHING. 90% of the time the employees are very rude or in a hurry and can’t slow down to have proper customer service. Some training is needed at this location.
I’ll just drive across town for better, faster service.

I have never ordered Jimmy John’s delivery before but after waiting almost an hour I decided to call the store to ask for a time frame and was told “we don’t have a delivery driver so you will be refunded” how is that not something you call the customer about!? !? Still have yet to receive my refund.

Don’t answer drive through. Had to call the store after they opened to have someone come take my order. 3 employees walking around inside doing nothing.

Called after a doorsash order mix up! They replaced my sandwich within 20 minutes! Great costumer service!

This is easily the worst Jimmy John’s location I’ve ever been to. I base this off several visits and they consistently let me down with their service. I could go on for paragraphs about my bad experiences here. I realize they are short staffed, and I have accounted for that here, I still get unreasonably bad service here even considering the circumstances.
