In Dinning Closed. Not friendly to 4 separate orders.

Had a delivery issue, no food and no call until I contacted corporate. Still waiting for a refund

It's about fifty fifty ordering from here if I actually get my food. Most of the time they have no driver and still allow delivery orders, sometimes I'll actually get a call saying they have to cancel the order. When I actually do get an order through, it takes nearly an hour for delivery and the drivers dont follow instructions, resulting in stolen food.
When it goes well, I enjoy it. The sandwiches are consistently high quality, and good value. My complaints are for when it goes wrong, and it colors past even the good portions.

Also as an edit, will often close much earlier than advertised and not close online ordering.

I ordered for delivery through the app, and it took an hour to arrive.

This review is for the customers who complain without knowing what goes on behind the counter tops. A. When your online order doesn't arrive by the time you scheduled it to it means they are LOW STAFFED. B. When the drive thru says inshop only it means they are low on staff AND ingredients and can't afford lots of drive thru orders. C. If you write a bad review based on inshop wait times it most likely means that they are running low on ingredients. They only have ONE produce slicer. I understand you know the slogan "freaky fresh, freaky fast" but they are humans not robots. Have a little bit of patience they are working as fast as they can. D. As a fellow jj customer I understand you are hungry but don't get mad at the people who literally make your food. They are doing their best to provide your food all while having like 2 people working not only inshop but also drive thru while managing produce production, cleanliness of the dining area, cleanliness of the restrooms etc. It's a lot to do while being short staffed and having people yell at them. Imagine you getting yelled at daily for just doing your job. You'd quit your job wouldn't you?

Never open when it says it is. I order online, wait an hour and then my order gets canceled and have to go elsewhere. Very frustrating.

Not very freaky fast. Only one in the drive thru, one customer inside, still waited 15 minutes for 1 sandwich. Luckily there is another JJs down the street
