Everything was quick and tasted great. Dill Chips were great

Although the guy at the counter was lacking much in the way of support or welcoming. One of the guys making food more than made up for with his energy and interactions.

Interesting signs around the building and very clean. Would recommend giving it a try.

This is a horrible restaurant I advise do not go to this jimmy johns on broadway that are rude obnoxious and I order my food from this restaurant and got treated as a horrible customer and the service was trash and I had hair all of in my sandwich meat the manager was rude at the store and did not refund me my money back and I spoke to Courtney over the phone on 10/26/2023. And I will not be going back to this restaurant that had micerunning through the restaurant and bugs crawling on the floors in the kitchen. I had spit in my sandwich and it was a green Lougee

If I could I would honestly give 0 stars! Unfortunately I have to give at least 1 star to give a review. The staff, and customer service at this location is absolutely horrible. I would not recommend it to anyone. My daughter walked up to the counter and ordered her meal. Right behind her I ordered two more sandwiches. A grand total of three sandwiches! Well JOSH asked me if I wanted 2 sandwiches total. Of course I said yes figuring he was making 3 sandwiches due to the fact that my daughter ordered a sandwich in addition to the 2 I ordered. So when I mentioned we ordered 3 sandwiches JOSH was extremely rude and snotty and practically yelling at me about it! So I was rude, snotty, and yelled back at him! I mean come on! It's not rocket science! It's common sense! If my daughter orders 1 sandwich, and I ordered 2 more sandwiches It's a grand total of not 2 but 3 sandwiches! I paid almost $35.00 for two sandwiches, 4 drinks, and 3 bags of chips. Anyway I feel JOSH was not only extremely rude, and disrespectful, but also ripped me off at the same time! In my opinion JOSH should be FIRED! If not he should at very least be written up, and RETRAINED on his CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! Also SUBWAY has jimmy johns beat by a long shot! They don't scheme to try and rip off their customers by charging them extra for cheese on their sandwiches. Cheese is included on their sandwiches. Also at SUBWAY a customer only pays for cheese on their sandwiches if they order extra cheese on their sandwich! Also I have been reading the other reviews on this thread. It really looks like your employees at this particular location ALL are in SEVERE need of retraining of their so called CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! Also I will never order from this location again, and I will be telling everyone I know just how horrible the customer service is at this location and how JOSH attempted to rip me off! Also because of JOSH being so extremely rude to me you guys completely lost my business for my third sandwich I needed. I took my business to SUBWAY for my 3rd roast beef sandwich that I needed! Also at SUBWAY they put four slices of roast beef on my sandwich, as opposed to only the two slices that JOSH put on my sandwich at jimmy johns! More delicious flavor on my sandwich from SUBWAY than the chincy 2 slices of roast beef on my sandwiches from jimmy johns. Believe me guys if you want a good sandwich and not be charged extra for your cheese and 50% more meat on your sandwich forget jimmy johns and go to SUBWAY for a much better deal for your hard earned money! You deserve it!

You cannot go through the drive-thru. You have to go inside and tell them exactly what you want how you want.and how you like your sandwich and then you'll have to watch them and make sure they do it right! If you don't you will not get the sandwich you want unfortunately that's the way it is. My wife and I love extra everything extra lettuce extra tomato extra vinegar and oil and extra extra extra cherry peppers. Well I went through the drive-thru and took the sandwich home & we got extra nothing.three tomatoes a little lettuce and about four cherry peppers. I don't know why they're so stingy with the cherry peppers you can't buy them but they have jars and jars and jars of them on a shelf inside? I don't know what the deal is.but since I pretty much knew they didn't give me any extra vinegar and oil I asked for a little container of it and they put a little squirt of it in there barely covered the bottom of the container, but shame on me. This is the service you're going to get in Council Bluffs at the Broadway location.

Meh. Sandwiches were alright, I expected more even the hype of commercials. I've had better.

I bought my son an Unwich because he couldn’t have bread, he didn’t want any veggies. They gave me literally a sliver of meat and charged extra for the cheese. I paid over 7$ for a piece of lettuce. I talked to the girl at the window and she didn’t care at all. Worst experience ever.

It was ok. No greeting from the cashier. They cleaned the pop machine at 7 and don't close till 10pm. We didn't want a bottle pop which means they have to clean the machine again. I asked the cashier if they were not expecting walk-ins for 3 more hours and she just said, this isn't my store.
