Jimmy John's, Waukee IA

This has the be the slowest Jimmy John’s I have ever been to. Waiting 14 minutes at the window for two sandwich’s. Was also only car in drive through and parking lot was empty. Not sure why it took so long.

Sells old food and potatoes salad dated almost a month old what's wrong with you guys I will never again come here stay clear go somewhere else now thanks for giving me food poisoning

Ordered at the drive through today. Waited over 20 minute before getting to the window. Paid then the girl goes we are out of turkey. It will be a few minutes before it's sliced is that ok. Absloutely not! There were 5 people standing around. Why couldn't that have been done before they ran completely out? Two cars in front of us left without food. Got my money back. Went elsewhere because this wasn't the first time drive through wait was extremely long. Won't be back. NOT even close to freaky fast.

2 hours for a delivery thats down the street, once it arrived my order was incorrect.such a waste of money and time. Wish i could take my tip back

They need to go in at the De Soto exit bc it would services all of Adel, De Soto, Minburn, Van Meter, Earlham, Winterset and more

Very annoying horrible music always turned up way too loud. The employees are rude a majority of the time. And it is far from freaky fast.

I place an order online then got a call that said they don’t have a delivery driver and that they could refund me and it would take one to three days for the refund. This is not the first time this is happened at this location. Absolutely ridiculous they told me that they could schedule it for a pick up instead.

Sitting here at 6: 53 PM with workers inside ignoring me at the locked door and the drive through. It says you're open until 9.kinda confused. One of the guys was sitting at a table doing nothing and when he saw me walk up to the door, he got up and walked to the back.

Freaky Fast? More like Freaky Slow. 15+ minutes for a couple of sandwiches. The man that took our order certainly didn’t seem happy to be there either. Definitely never coming back to this location.

This place is ridiculous. Third time in the last year we have tried to come to this location and have had to go to a different one. We pulled up to the drive through and hour before the close. There is a sign saying that they are making bread. We tried speaking to someone to ask how long that it would take. No answer. We drove up to the window. And the guy is walking around ignoring us. We try to go in the front door and they locked the doors. Horrible customer service, locking the doors over an hour before you close is not how you get business. We will never waste our time driving to this location again.

I’m convinced that they are trained to make excuses when they make mistakes. 3 of 3 sandwiches were wrong on my most recent order and I was, once again, told that “we ran out of bread” for a sandwich that was on something else. At 4: 30 PM. This store is damaging the brand.

Avoid this Jimmy John’s it often takes forever to get food, it not uncommon to be the only person in line and wait 10 to 15mins for food. I don’t know why I keep coming back here and not just driving to another location. I’ve had this experience at least half a dozen times over the course of the last year.

2: 30 Saturday afternoon drivethru, no other customer vehicles. Ordered 2 Jimmy Junior turkey sandwiches with Cheese @ $3.99 each. Two lemonades. The employee said the total was $22+. We said no way. Drove on to the window. Price corrected. Employee now tells us they only have enough turkey for one sandwich and they were out of the bread it usually came on. We cancelled one sandwich. Refund. Sandwich delivered thru the window after an extended time. Lemonade? She still had to pour the lemonade. SMH. Get the sandwich home and unwrapped. On whole grain bread. Kids won't eat that kind of bread. Ridiculous service. Grand daughter called it "Jimmy Wrongs"!

Closed 20 minutes early because "had a rough day".

Not a car in sight, poor night management.

Every single time we order here there isn’t a driver able to deliver. “Freaky Fast Delivery” is the company slogan and they can’t deliver. Just close the location. Unbelievably frustrating
