Whatever you do don't plan on going to this place 15 minutes before they say they close they close earlier than what they advertise, every other time I've been here your speaker doesn't even work on their drive-thru, horrible service

Staff was friendly. Service was great. Food was fast, hot and delicious. Pancakes were huge

Everything is made to order. And the best part you can get authentic Mexican food and get a burgers from here as well. My order is always a burger, a taco de asada, and of corse a pop. Ohhh, and there breakfast burritos and also excellent!

We used to love Jim’s but have been disappointed recently. Pricing online doesn’t match in the restaurants, every time we order delivery the order isn’t correct, they charge a fee to use a debit cards now. It used to be a great value for what you received but not any more.

Ordered the Tuna melt and it was so good. Wish it had little more Mayo but will get again for sure.

This was a drive-thru order. I've been here before but tonight I tried the wet burrito with steak, and it was very good! Next time I think I'm going to have the nachos those looked good to!

Food was very good steak tacos and refried beans, staff was friendly and it was served quickly i went thru the drive-thru, over all the prices not to bad I would recommend.

I don't mind coming here when it's my food, but with doordash they do them cook to order and I have to wait for all of the food to make. Nope, such a waste of time. I don't make any money this way. Plus they gave me attitude about it.

Literally some if the best good we have ever eaten. The chicken club was so big and seasoned perfectly. The double cb weighed as much as me and also seasoned to perfection. My asada tacos were the best I have ever had. Wish we had this restaurant in Nebraska! A must try!

I shouldn’t of gone. 8: 20 PM drive through attitude, pull up to the window and the man that was at the bar across from Jim’s restaurant kindly asked me to ask the window if milkshake machine was still on. I agreed and waited for the server inside but she just looked at me and did not come to the window. I expected to at least receive my drink as I usually do when I go to the LeMars Jim’s. As I wait for my food I drink it and ask for a refill when food is ready. This time we waited so long for her to come to the window the guy finally gave up and said never mind and left. I waited about 5 more minutes and I saw my food was done but I still waited at least another 3 minutes for her to make my drink and then came to the window for me to pay before she handed me my food so yes I regret going I will not be back. Bad service and the fries were loaded with salt and I paid $1.50 for avocado on my burger and I got two measly thin slices.at the other location I get the same exact meal and usually comes with 4 to 6 slices of avocado across the patty. Very disappointed.

Ordered 2 tacos, had to wait almost 15 minutes in the drive thru for my order. There was no one in front of me when I ordered. Not worth the wait at all. So slow.

Good tasting burgers, fries the Mexican food is delicious, in Sioux city they have 3 restaurants, so if you are close to them don't hesitate from going

Sat in the parking lot in the drive-through for five minutes and I called and they said oh what should we get for you and then I hey I’m in your drive-through I’ve been waiting for five minutes oh well we stopped orders at 9: 40 that young girl had a horrible attitude also

Ordered a big Jim's burrito with the works on it and bit into one hard big piece of bone thought I shattered my teeth

It was decent, the burgers were a little bit of a let down with all the hype.

$43.58 for 4 people to eat a combo. For a quick bite to me this is a little steep.

Honestly I would probably spend a little more and go to more sit down setting.

Small place that used to be a Dairy Queen. Turned it into an additional Jim’s Burger location. Food was made hot and made fresh. Staff seemed a “little” less attentive than what I’m used to experiencing from the other locations, but still quite good. I would not have an issue with trying this place again to see what kind of service and food quality I would get the next time. I’m just not in this area that often. If anyone were to inquire with me about giving this place a try, I would say it’s certainly worth giving it a shot. I was pretty happy over all with my experience, and look forward to see what the next one will be like.

The wet burrito is very good. Same way with their hamburger's etc. I would give it 5 stars but sometimes the tables are dirty but going through the drive-thru and having my food hot and fresh does makeup for it. My Wife loves their zucchini fries I do highly recommend getting an order of those.

Eat there frequently and have never been disappointed. Nothing has ever been missing from my bag, I’m grateful for them. Pricey but worth it.

Literally the best breakfast burrito in Iowa. Can't beat their Lengua tacos! Make sure you ask for Limon for your tacos though.

My absolute favorite place! The kind woman suggested thr combination burrito and it was absolutely delicious!
