I was told I needed tires, I said ok how much? They gave the price, I asked if it included rotation for the life of the tire, they said yes, I said ok order them. I also asked about my broken seatbelt, they said what seat belt? I said the one I called about last week, they said I will check. When I got a call the next week regarding my seat belt, I said ok can you do it when I have my tires replaced, and they said what tires. Then because they were not ordered when I said I wanted them, the price went up because they were not on sale anymore.

We never felt pressured, as you do with many car dealers. Post-pandemic has made it hard to find the perfect car, but John Deery had what we wanted.
