If you get dr Winston only expect him to see you once your whole time. Also don’t bring your toddlers because they left the door wide open and let him run into the lobby while I was trying to get our stuff to leave. The schedule for the CT scan didn’t need to take 20 minutes of sitting in the lobby for them just to tell me it’s just a phone call to schedule. If it weren’t for the two older ladies sitting next to me helping me with my toddler while we were waiting I would’ve probably would’ve lost it. It’s ridiculous feeling like your doctor doesn’t care and is always talking through someone. Just come in the room yourself and talk to your patient. All this “you need surgery” “never mind he said he needs a CT scan” is getting old. Just come in and be my doctor. I don’t like playing telephone especially when someone has to walk out of the room to go talk to the doctor then come back and tell me what he says and me still not see his face. Idk if it’s because I have state insurance or not but it’s just ridiculous at this point. The physical therapist are amazing and I would strongly recommend therapy here. May be switching doctors after the CT scan. It’s just getting ridiculous and I’m tired of being a mom with her first broken bone (IN MY SHOULDER MIND YOU) but nobody having any sympathy about it and when I bring my toddler people leaving the door wide open for another nurse to catch him. He’s only 18 months so who in their right mind would do that as I’m trying to get our stuff to leave. My therapist treat me very well and actually listen to my concerns. I love Sara and her assistant because right now I feel they care more than my own doctor. They’re very persistent when it comes to the healing process and want you to recover. Sara and her assistant has never given me issues and they always hear you out and your concerns. Y’all can think I’m the worst patient after this and I could not care. Give me a doctor that doesn’t care about my insurance. It’s ridiculous that I had to go through that and I would’ve given it grace, if the door wasn’t left open for my toddler to run out. That was my final straw.

ORA are a great organization. From the receptionist to the Doctors, and the P. A. 's we were well taken care of. Can't say enough about these guys.

Dr Winston got us in quickly, he and his team were kind and gentle with my son and his injury.

If you take a child in to be evaluated, it won't happen until after an x-ray. Then, before you can think things through, your child is casted. Hindsight, my son was fine and i shouldn't have taken him in. There was no visible fracture but ORA doctor suggested a "growth plate injury" which isn't visible on xray. We cut off the original cast after 5 days and my son played baseball with a brace.
We didn't get to see the doctor for follow up appt and the np suggested recasting after the followup xray which showed no change. We talked her out of it and she agreed.
I fully understand precautionary procedures but the doctors failed to take the time to evaluate the wrist themselves.
Everything was rushed.

Dr. Winston listened to my concerns and was able to assess the issue and start a treatment plan. He was professional and direct while remaining personable. He was very easy to talk to and ask questions, I never once felt uncomfortable. Highly recommend!

Checking in was good but I felt rushed & towards the end of the appointment he seemed like he needed to go somewhere. As we were asking questions, doctor winston kept walking towards the door. Seemed like he wanted to end the conversation and be done with the appointment and felt like he didn't listen

Fantastic job. Dr Winston and ORA were professional and thorough. They examined me and did an EMG to determine my issue. My wk comp. Dr tapped my hand and fingers and refused to do any scans. ORA is actually getting my issue taken care of. Great friendly staff

Dr Winston is caring and knowledgeable. He will talk to u in laymen turns not dr talk. Can go wrong!

This doctor is a good doctor he is very nice he did a wonderful job I wanted to thank him
