I was traumatized by another experience somewhere else but Dr. Jones and the rest of staff understood and took their time and made sure I was comfortable. So thankful I found a dentist I feel comfortable with:)

Love Jones family Dental! We were looking for a dentist for my husband and it was hard to find a place willing to take new patients. I called Jones Family and they got him on the schedule right away! Helped him with his pain and got a plan in place for his teeth! Will be long time customers from now on!

I appreciated how comfortable staff made me and how thorough they were when explaining X-rays etc. All around great experience

Had thousands of dollars of work, which isn't lasting longer than 9 months. Run into numerous issues throughout the course of the past year. Dr. Jones is a solid dentist, but the systems and staff around him don't match. The front desk staff deter me from even wanting to call or come in, acting like it's a burden to schedule things and stick to the schedule. Now paying a second time to have their work fixed and they continually invoice me after advising them I'm moving to a different dentist. Honestly, worth while paying elsewhere simply to not have to deal with the reception staff. Dr. Jones at another dentist where they had these issues fixed would be amazing, because he really is a solid guy. Would not recommend the dentistry though.

Went to Jones Dental for teeth cleaning. It is always a privilege to be in this office. Everyone takes such good care of the patients. Thanks Jones Family Dental Staff. See you soon!

Let me start out by saying I am petrified of going to the dentist. I am no longer scared of the dentist because of Jones family dental. He was so gentle and I felt no pain whatsoever. He has great bedside manner and so does the hygienist. I would definitely recommend Jones Family Dental to anyone looking for a great dentist and friendly staff. A+

Cannot thank Dr. Jones and his wonderful staff enough for all the help. I’ve had a terrible experience in the past and was terrified of another bad experience, but this by far exceeded my expectations, I had a Root Canal done and I didn’t feel a thing! Just amazing highly recommend.

Friendly front desk, hygienist, and dentist. Clean and welcoming office. Their extended hours are a lifesaver, making it much easier to get an appointment at a time that isn’t a huge inconvenience, especially for people with regular work hours and children in school.

There was a billing/insurance snafu that was handled to my satisfaction after the right people were informed.

After years of being terrified to go to the dentist, I have finally found one that I am comfortable with and trust! Dr. Jones developed a treatment plan to get me on the right path to dental health. I even continued on to orthodontic work to straighten my teeth with clear aligners! I can't say enough good things about Dr. Jones and his staff. Thank you for a smile I never thought would be possible!

Had an infected tooth and called Dr Jones office and was scheduled an appointment within a few hours. I highly recommend them as Dr Jones is outstanding and each one of his staff are the same.
Dr Jones eased my anxiety and did a fabulous job of removing my tooth with absolutely no pain.
Received a call to check on how I was doing the next morning.
I have found my new and only dentist!

My visit to Jones Family Dental was nothing short of outstanding! By far the best visit to a dentist’s office that I’ve had. I have a bit of a phobia of the dentist but Dr. Jones and his staff went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable at all times. Everyone there was so kind and friendly. I have definitely found my dentist and will be sure to return. If you’re in the area and looking for a dentist, I cannot recommend a Jones Family Dental enough!

Went into jones family dental to get a tooth fixed. Got a filling redone and then had some discomfort for a few days. Then got some excruciating pain for anything I did and decided to go back and get it looked at. They said they fixed it and they did not I have gone back 3 different times to get the same tooth looked at and it still feeling the same way it did. Don’t recommend this place

Needed a new dentist and chose Jones Family Dental based on other reviews. Impressed is an understatement. Everyone was so kind, knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend them!

Had a wisdom tooth chip on a bike ride going over some extremely bumpy areas on a Friday late. The following Monday I called and was able to get in and get the tooth fixed same day. Very courteous and nice people here. I appreciate the prompt service and will be going back for future service. A+ 10/10

Jones Family Dental is an exceptional practice that I highly recommend. The environment is clean, the staff are friendly and upbeat, and they have a unique approach of being fully transparent by showing you what your teeth look like by displayingit on a tv right in front you. This made my experience comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, I received top-notch care and will be returning for all my dental needs in the future.

Dr. Jones and his team are hands down the BEST! They’re kind, careful, patient, gentle, etc while still doing a phenomenal job! Dr. Jones does an amazing job making a treatment plan that works well with your needs and wants. I never feel pressured to get anything done or spend any unnecessary amounts of money. You can tell his and his team’s morals align more with patient care and connection vs sales and money. I used to be a dental assistant, so I’ve been around my fair share of dentists, and I’ve never met a Dr as amazing as Dr. Jones. I’m soo thankful to be under their care. Not mention how stunning their office is. It’s clean without feeling scary and bland like most offices. It has new equipment and you just feel comfortable the entire time. Anddd it’s incredibly clean. I trust him with my entire family! (We have 2 small children)

Dr. Jones and staff are the best! I was greeted with smiles and a tour of their beautiful office! I never knew I could have such a beautiful smile until I met Dr. Jones. I followed him to his new office because yes he is that good!

Very pleased with Dr. Jones and staff. The flexible scheduling is a big plus for those who get off work later. Will be returning!
