Jonesy's Corner, Council Bluffs IA

We certainly was not a priority with only 2 other tables (6 customers Inc. Wife & I) my to go order was wrong, totally wrong, no drink came with my entree and our appetizers came with our entree COLD.look to me the waitress liked hanging out at the bar instead of serving the customers.

We got a to go order and it was very good. The portions were big enough I couldn't eat it all at once. Lots of cheezey rue on top. Yum!

We were looking for a breakfast place, and they serve a very good but huge breakfast of meat eggs hash browns pancakes and toast. They also have breakfast burritos etc. They're coffee is not fabulous, but on the good end of restaurant faire.

It's part sports bar, part Mexican restaurant, and part old fashioned diner with a great staff. A happy surprise that fits the Council Bluffs vibe perfectly.

This place is hands down best Mexican food anywhere. I lived in Texas for 12 years and I'm picky about my Mexican food.this place is amazing

Normally very good, but this time the floor and tables were dirty and the food was not as good as usual

Outside seating is always good. Food however is what you'd expect from a corner bar. And the service is good, if u sit inside. I can't say I'll never go back, but I will say it's not one of my favorite places.

Called in for a few tacos. Cashier told me 10 minutes. I arrived around 8 minutes later as I was already on my way. I called about 5: 39pm. So I got here at about 5: 47. I'm still waiting for tacos. I don't believe they even started them until well after I got here. Imo that's pitiful and pathetic as I have other people waiting for me.

The best biscuits and gravy on the block baby great food great service you have an amazing time coming

The food is great and made when ordered. The cook Pat and waitress Mindi are awesome. Go there almost every morning for breakfast.

Always a favorite of mine when I lived in the Bluffs a few years back. In CB for a couple of days, and just had to visit!

Food was HORRIBLE, yah it's Mexican restaurant, but I ordered a Philly sandwich. The meat was WAY over cooked. If i hadn't been so hungry ib would've never ate it!

The workers were all doing shots behind the bar and there were six to seven unclean tables.

The food was excellent as always and our Waitress was outstanding! I'm never disappointed. Thank you Don and Carol Jones!

Good council bluffs staple even though it has been sold to new owners they stay true with the tex mex flair and it's a great place for cheesy enchiladas and fresh guacamole

I am recovering from a foot surgery and the bathroom door is hard to get open using crutches it is to strong

Tacos were ok but I've had better.
Server was friendly and fast.
Need to work on cleanliness.
Bathroom was filthy and the floor around the bar and eating area were very greasy.

I always have a good experience when I come here, it's comfortable for me as a sentimental standpoint, that building has history for me, and the service that jonesy's corner provides is the way jonesy's has always been, the other jonesy's on 16th and 16th is not what it used to be the Jonesy's from my childhood is on 28th and Broadway.

That burrito put me to SLEEP!

Love love love this place. Small and cozy with friendly and quick service. Our favorite place to go for after work drinks and snacks!
