I would absolutely recommend Junk King to anyone and this is why…If things could go wrong for our dumpster drop off, it did. The hydraulics on their truck which carried the dumpsters broke so it was not able to be dropped off on time. I was pleasantly surprised when they called to let us know what was going on they already had a plan in place for a resolution. We were told the drop off was going to be late but that it WOULD be that day. As time passed, they continued to keep us in the loop and continued to promise the delivery that day. Although the situation was not ideal for us or for them, things beyond anyone’s control do happen and we understood. Their communication with us allowed us to plan accordingly with our project all the while reassuring us they were doing their part and things were moving forward. The dumpster WAS delivered that day. Thank you Junk King! Very impressed with the professionalism and problem solving to ensure this customer ended up satisfied!
