Just went to have the dip taken off of my nails and the girl who helped me went above and beyond! I gave her extra because I felt the price was not good enough for how much work she did. Definitely will be going back!

I have been going to Jusy Nails for over 10 years. Tony and Jenny are the best. All of their Techs are very professional, very polite, and very caring. They make sure you're absolutely happy and look gorgeous when you walk out of the salon.

I would give 5 stars for how fast they were able to get my friend and I in, but the result was disappointing. My nail chipped the day after and some nails don’t have dip on the whole nail. I appreciate them getting us in, especially for my friends wedding. BUT I probably won’t be going again. Also, paid $53 for no hand massage w/ lotion and my cuticles were NOT touched.

I specifically said I did not want dipped or shellac or gel done. Told 2 of the girls. After I paid $58 got out to car my daughter informs me that they used gel
I called them to complain and ask for money back or at least a aduscoynt next time I come in and the guy said no they couldn't do that. Very disappointed

Over priced and nail techs don't do a very good job. My nails were unevenly shaped and some of my nails bubbled up. No matter how much I tried to tell the tech she insisted it was fine. Will not be returning to this salon.

The people were rude. I didn’t get what I paid for. They barley spoke to me. I chose the 45$ one +5$ extra and ended up paying $75 for horrible experience. Not happy.

Today is Sunday, my daughter and I got our nails done Wednesday. The nail art she got done did not look good at all. Who doesn't know how to do a simple 4 petal flower on a couple of nails these days? My nails were starting to pull away/lift 3 days into it. 2 of my nails aren't straight. They're slanted on top. Straight French tip. A pretty simple nail look that every nail salon does literally every day. Nobody better ask why we didn't go back. To get the same awful work again? Ugh. $100 plus a $20 tip. Never again. I'll bite all my nails off if I can't find a suitable place in all of Council Bluffs.

Moved to the area from Omaha and was looking for a new place to get my nails done and came across jusy nails on Google. Worst manicure I have ever had. For starters, it smelled like someone had just finished smoking a cigarette in there when I had walked in for my 9am appointment and then lit incense to cover the smell. My cuticles were not trimmed, there wasn’t a bonding polish put on before my shellac and my hands were not once washed until they were completely done. I had my nails done for a wedding I was in and I spent probably 30 minutes after my appointment peeling glue from my fingers that the acrylics had left. I was extremely upset with how awful they looked. My nails were cut uneven, shellac polish going over my cuticles, and a service that would typically take over an hour anywhere else was done in under 45 minutes. It was rushed and looking at my nails afterwards, definitely showed. It wasn’t until I got home and really looked at my nails that I realized how god awful they looked. Save your money DO NOT GO HERE. From now on I will make the 30 minute drive into Omaha to go to my regular nail salon.

This was done a week ago. The guy who did them did not use a light, never had me wash my hands. Was cussing every time someone would walk in the door and would say “go away” He asked me two different times if he missed painting a nail after they were under the light to dry. The paint is chipping and peeling my nails on the other end aren’t cut evenly. I originally asked for a new set and he told me he just wanted to do a fill. They were busy so I agreed. But this was the first time I left here unsatisfied. Usually it’s a decent experience. This time it was not.

Worst pedicure I’ve ever had. My tech watched the TV the whole time and massaged me for tops 2 minutes, both legs combined. I couldn’t even feel her touching me. I paid $70 for a full service package - the towels and hot rocks were cold to the touch, she didn’t scrape anything off of my calluses, and literally had me rest my foot on the sharp side of the callus grater while she clipped the nails on my other foot. If my foot had slipped (which it almost did as she did not wipe off the callus oil), I could have cut my foot. I also had to remind my sisters nail tech to do her callus treatment (despite the fact that she prepaid for it), and she complains of the exact same issues with a totally separate tech. I also watched her tech take the same callus grater my tech used on my feet, rinse it briefly under water and then promptly use it on my sisters feet. No sterilization between clients of any kind. Absolutely gross. She also kept digging a sharp tool into my cuticles to the point of pain. I also heard two techs arguing with the clients about the colors they had chosen and the nail shape they had chosen. Your job as a business is to provide the service requested by your customer. I will never be coming back to this salon, and I highly recommend if you are charged $70 for a pedicure you make sure you go somewhere where you at least get your moneys worth.

The only place I'll go for my nails. If I have to venture somewhere else I end up right back there to get them fixed

I did silicone and I was in and out and it lasts for 2 to 3 weeks on my nails and keep them hard
