K & S Wheel Alignment reviews
8Had some work done on the 65 Mustang they knocked it out of the park! It wasn't an easy fix, the car has never driven better.
Always a GOOD experience. Have gone to K&S for years. Charlie & his staff are great to work with.
I live in Colorado and had some car trouble with my bmw while in Waterloo. I originally had it worked on by some other guy in town only to have it break down a couple days later. These guys managed to get us in quick, got it done fast, right, and at a reasonable price! These guys are awesome!
Took my car in after getting stuck in a snowy ditch & having issues. They cleared the snow out from my undercarriage @ low cost & sent me on my way in no time.
I have always had a great experience with all the employees for me in quick and always great work!
Found a tire that they had 1 left only one I could find.was not advised that it was a bad tire it had a bad belt so within a month the belt was completely broken.went to a get a new one put on at a different place was told that k&s sold me a bad tire because when I had to replace it again there was tons of fix a flat on the inside will never come here again should of known something was going on when it took then 1 hr and a half to put on the tire
It doesn't look like much but the best in town. Always treated me great, be it alignments, buying used or new tires, or carrying in my own tires.
I used to trust K&S for anything alignment related. My last experience unfortunately made me never want to return. When I got my car back from an alignment, wheel bearing replacement and tire rotation the steering wheel was about 30 degrees cocked and they didn't even fix the wheel bearing that was causing the noise, they fixed the wrong side. I took it back, they "fixed it" the alignment. It was the exact same. It took a third trip to get the thing back to where it should've been the first time. I don't have patience for that. Unfortunately I even worked with two different mechanics, so it wasn't even one bad egg. I might return again to give them another chance (they had done well before) but three times for such a simple issue is pretty inexcusable. I would say my previous experiences were all 4 stars and this was a 1 or 2 at best, so I'll give it a three for now.
