If I could give a negative star here, I would give -50. Tom (surprisingly he said he owned the store), was extremely rude and obnoxious to say the least. I understand people have bad days, I understand people exaggerate, but when I say this was truly an unhappy individual who need never work with the public let alone represent UPS in any way, this is an understatement of the year. No one of this nature should work with the public. I'll never be back, I highly recommend going elsewhere but to this store - I can't stress that enough. This wasn't a bad day, this was a man who should be shut down and retire, you almost have to see it for yourself to believe this behavior, I'm not one to leave negative reviews, but this one is necessary. Buyer beware here. (Update) your attitude is a reflection of your business, according to several reviews on here it's your rudeness that is your downfall, instead of attacking the customer reviews you don't agree with, maybe use reviews as a tool to be a better business owner. Reading some of your replies to customers, I don't see you apologizing and trying to turn it into a positive experience, I see you blaming the customer and making excuses and accusations. Kudos to you for being the business owner, because I'm sure you would have been fired for treating some of your customers like you do. Instead of feeling personally attacked, view feedback as a learning tool and a chance to turn it into a positive. Good luck to you.
