Parts Department Lacking Customer Service: Bought a Chevy 350HO engine for about 8K which went smoothly (good service up to that point). However for the last month: I have tried to order the mechanical fuel pump. Spoken with them multiple times with multiple message. Initiated every call with no follow up. Update 2/23: Was able to connect with Parts (who took care of me). Mechanical fuel pump on its way- Thanks.

They helped get the alignment squared on my chevy cobalt ss, the car drives a LOT better after getting the rear solid trans mount installed and steering rack spacers installed. It drives and handles really great. Thanks to Will and his amazing technicians. They know what they're doing. Communication is great and so is service!

Got a new truck, took it to Karls to get w leveling kit put on - had some issues with the original part and Brett Bojack did a great job explaining what was going on and resolving the issue! Brett and his team did a great job and my truck looks great!

Took my car in for an oil change and general maintenance. The car had a slow oil leak prior to going in the shop (one drop a night). After getting my car back it’s leaving baseball diameter puddles. I also noticed a new wound to my driver side corner panel. Haven’t really driven it since getting it back from the shop.

Took my car to Karl's Kustoms for some electrical wiring. They diagnosed the problems and ordered parts. All back together and my lights all work fine Prior to this 2 different shops were unable to fix. Glad I used Karl's Kustoms.

Bought a Chevy Connect and Cruise system. Folks were very happy to help me with my purchase, but the follow up for services has been poor. I’ll go someplace else next time.

Not happy with service. Feel like they don’t take my concerns seriously. Have money will spend it. Just gotta do your part. ‍️ Instead of fixing issues at hand they’ve blocked me from all pages after spending 15k with them. Steer clear of here!

Excellent service center. The Kustom has excellent service technicians. All staff and managers make sure work done at the shop is quality, and that you are satisfied.

These guys are the BEST! Every employee takes huge pride in their work. I'm about to have some work done on my vehicle - and I can't wait to see the finished product! I haven't been this excited in a long, long time. I'll let y'all know when the work is finished (and might even share a picture of two).

Dont leave your vehicle there after its finished friend had their chevelle that is on their
website as complete builds there. They took it to dragstrip and totaled it he had over 400k in the car and their insurance only paid 130k
