Kazarelli's At Millers Bay, Milford IA

So short staffed we couldn't even get seated. Waited 10 minutes and left. We did not have reservations, (2 of us) but were standing with another couple who did and were no better off. They came in at the same time we did and were still there waiting when we bailed. The hostess at least acknowledged the reservation couple. For us, once we said we did not have reservations, we were never spoken to again.

Great food and so different from anything else on the lake. 10/10 recommend ordering off the specials menu!

Ordered online for pickup. Got there at prescribed time and it took another 25 minutes to get food. Food is Midwest Italian at best. Obviously they are understaffed and should under promise and over deliver. Don't think that's going to happen though.

First time checking out Kazarelli's on the recommendation from a friend. It was very good. I had called and left a message requesting to make a reservation. I received a call back which confirmed the reservation. The restaurant is a small family owned restaurant with some Italian dishes, sandwiches, salads, steaks, fish and specials. I had the chicken parmesan which was very good and good portion. My husband had the lasagna and he enjoyed it. They came with a small salad that was average. The bread is flavorful and you might need to ask for it. We had to ask for ours after seeing other tables get theirs. Overall, nice and quiant place and recommend making reservations! Would check it out again when in the area.

Absolutely perfect! My grandparents come here frequently and I was delighted to join them. The service is so great, even when they’re busy. The food is fresh, full of flavor, and unique options are available. It’s not hard to find something that you haven’t tried before here. There’s also a specials menu that changes every day (I believe) and I definitely recommend trying something fun from that menu; you won’t regret it. If you’re in the Okoboji area, make sure you visit Kazarelli’s - it won’t disappoint!

We had a group of 11 with reservations and took us almost 3 hours to get our food that was cold. Two guests didn’t get there food until the rest of the group was finished. We complained to owners and the lady would not deal with us at all. Then she had the owner cook come out and totally got rude and was very unprofessional. I would never recommend this place ever.

Kazarelli's is a delicious lakes area option. I recommend reservations and plan to enjoy your evening there!

The owners are friendly and take pride in their menu. I especially enjoyed a recent Mardi Gras menu item of "Red Fish. " Excellent portions and preparation. This meal was festive, too, with a crayfish garnish.

Wonderful experience! Service was terrific and food was exceptional. Kazzi’s is an experience. Take your time and enjoy a bottle of wine or two with your meal. Very quant and charming. Cannelloni was to die for and the fettuccine had its usual perfection. Love this place!
