10Mall still approx. 90% full. Advertised being open till 9pm; Went in at 8: 30pm and most businesses closed.
I like this mall more than most others. It's usually not busy and even when it is, it's still tolerable.
This mall sucks and has sucked for a long time. They cannot keep a store for very long. Don't waste your time here.
I saw they should rebuild the mall and make more floors instead of one and one floor that they dont use, they even have escalators to another floor that they dont use, and Why did they get rid of Hot Topic? Ever since they got rid of it that mall has been so boring
Great little mall! Good social distancing protocols for most stores, and all the stores in there were well kept and cute!
It's okay because at least there is a mall in dubuque. A lot of spaces for rent though
My favorite part was the escalators in the mall it was so fun to have something to ride as a kid and now its gone I wish they put something up there like maybe a mini restaurant or or convenient store or something just to get the escalators running again I miss riding them
Very few stores to shop in there Penny's is the only anchor store left kinda disappointing to see that not just here but also in other cities as well
Many many closed stores. But my kiddos love the play area. Wish it would get an update though
