Chicken Restaurant KFC reviews
11They got our order extremely wrong we ordered Coleslaw they even repeat our order saying Coleslaw and gave us Mac and cheese we wanted butter and honey and got mustard and honey mustard they suck
Hopefully someday kfc will be good again. It needs help in all accounts. Have no idea how inspection is passed. Food is barely able to eat. Why? What is going on?
This place is by far the worst run place in town. Service sucks, food is rarely as ordered the first time. Time from order to eat you could go fill up on gas and have a full conversation with someone before your food is ready, and 8 outta 10 times it’ll be wrong the first time.
I went through drive up, held up the line for 15 min just for a 2 piece meal. On the center island sat a box that was for chicken, this kid came picked up the box put ckn in it and brought to window. Wow get home.yuk potatoes were cold plus I had a leg n a breast, instead of thigh. I tried to call them several times over an hour n no answer.lesson learned don't try KFC again.
Waited 10 minutes for them to even notice that we were in the drive-through
Looked at us and still didn’t help us
Learn to read what I order. I just came in twice because the manager Steve obviously has reading problems
They weren't busy when we arrived. Took forever to get our order. No utensils provided for an order containing two mashed potatoe bowls. Taco Pizza was sloppy and hardly cut. Chicken sandwich had a dot of mayo. Not worth it.
Bought a crunch wrap extra beef, easy on the tomatoes and sour cream add jalapenos/2 chips with cheese/ 2 Locos tacos (only got one and only charged for one even when asked for two) beef melt burrito grilled (it didn't get grilled). The crunchwrap was torn and smashed with little to no beef but extra jalapenos. Burrito was also smashed and not grilled. Everything else was fine. Called the store and the manager Steve was kind, and offered me a free meal next time I come in.
KFC in Newton is kinda hit or miss.last night was a miss. My dad enjoyed his chicken sandwich but the rest of us got cold, rather slimy chicken strips.and nobody ate many fries because they were soggy & under cooked. We didn't get any of the dipping sauces we asked for & finally we ordered the chocolate cake.cake was good but they forgot to give it to me in the drive up so I had to turn around & go back & I had to go in to get it.
It's been awhile since we've eaten there because we had a similar experience the last time.
Will probably be awhile before we go back as well.
It's been quite some time since I've ordered a two piece chicken dinner from Newton's KFC. I quit going some time ago because the chicken legs were consistently awful. I've reluctantly went with my wife a couple times recently and had their spicy chicken sandwich which was totally awesome, great cut of chicken, tender and moist, perfectly prepared. She usually orders the Mexican Pizza which has been consistently good every time.
Tonight I picked up a Mexican Pizza to bring home for her and a two piece chicken dinner for me, hoping it would finally be good. Sadly it was awful, I ask for the original but not sure if what I received was overcooked original or overcooked crispy, tough, chewy and pretty scrawny, nothing even remotely close to the chicken of the past and shouldn't have been served. Only one side with the dinner, no longer two, thinking they are selling the sides now for $4.00 small and not worth it.
Other restaurants nearby were all pretty busy but not KFC, I can sure see why, doubting if I will ever go back. The coleslaw was ok, nothing to write home to tell the family about, however the biscuit was good, no complaints with it. Where KFC is would be a great location to open up a chicken restaurant.
When the chicken and biscuits so hard you should throw them away instead of selling them to a customer so I could just throw them away shame on you.
