KFC, Mt Pleasant IA

Tried to call there and check on an application and they told me to call back in 10 minutes and when I called back after 15 they kept me on hold for 20 while two women stood over the phone which I think one was the manager talking about their boyfriends so I hung up and called back and the phone's been off the hook for the past 6 hours. That place obviously has some major issues especially with their irresponsible lazy management

The employees were fooling around and did not know how to do theire job. On piece of children was ot cooked throigh.

I literally had pubic hair in my food. There’s a picture attached. That’s the most disgusting thing I’ve ever had happen to me. Do not go here. Will be following up with additional action because someone needs to be fired.

When I talked to the manager on duty, she gave me my money back no problem but couldn’t provide any way to contact anyone else so I had to do that myself.

She even had the audacity to tell me it couldn’t have been anyone in the “restaurant” because they all have their clothes on. Because that makes sense.

Service was super slow … got home and discovered it was not the food I ordered … not impressed at all …

Person taking orders needs a hearing aid. And I know you probably don’t wanna be there but you could at least act like it

Have been waiting in the drive thru line for 30 min. Worst service possible. Will not be back.

People were great
Chicken pieces are horrible.
3 piece dark included a wing drummie. So sad. Used to be amazing. Now it’s soggy. And tastes microwaved.

Dining room was dirty, when I looked in the kitchen it was very dirty and disgusting, and there was employee making tacos with no gloves. I am very disappointed in this place
