Chicken Restaurant KFC reviews
13If I could give them zero stars that's What I would do the food sucked services worse? Do not go there if you don't want your gravy. How hard is it to put gravy with your mashed potatoes when you order mashed potatoes and gravy. It's not rocket science people, it is food.
I went and picked up an order from kfc/Taco Bell in red oak Iowa and was dissatisfied with the quality of my order because the skin of the chicken was soggy and not very tasteful.
Stopped on our way through after a long day of trimming peoples pets' nails, and staff was polite and helpful. The food was hot and tasted great. Thanks
The hot wings are back and better than ever and they are also significantly cheaper. Kinda hard to believe but I'm all in on 16 wings for under $10
We went through the drive thru. The chicken tenders had been sitting and were chewy and dry. The fries were hard. We could not eat any of it. No, my biscuit was good. My husband's was doughy. We do not eat out very often. We were on our way out of town. Otherwise we would have taken it back.
I generally like the food but the cost has gotten so high considering it's fast food. They advertised 3.99 chicken and potatoes and didn't know how to ring in the promotion so we had to pay full price. Take the sign down if it's false advertising
Dirty restaurant, employees standing around not cleaning. Ants all over the floor, tables were disgusting. The day I went, they had no chicken nuggets. Hope they get a visit from a health inspector.
I ordered a 8 piece bucket received only 7 and they were all over cooked and dried out. I ended up throwing it all away. Called and talked to someone who told me that they would reach out to me about this. Not a single call or message. This was the worst KFC I've ever been to.
So my fiance went to kfc! They were out of chicken! So we had to get this, and it was almost 80 bucks! And it sucked!
Whoever is in charge of food quality control should be fired.
$35 for chicken that was probably made 3-4 hours ago at least, mashed potatoes that were probably 3 hours ago but the coleslaw and biscuits were fine.
Are you in business to make money or to get people to lose weight and get sick?
The owner should be appalled to see their investment make so little because if they made the food good constantly like they should, they would make a ton more.
I tried and tried and constantly get the most horrible chicken from here.
After this last try, I will not try again.
Even if you turn it around and start making quality food, I will never try it again and I will make sure to let all I know to avoid getting ripped off.
The food costs more than it should so the chicken should be good 100% of the time.
Shameful!
Not today and not saying specific days.
I came in with my family and I got the original chicken.
I couldn't get the skin off of the chicken because it had been sitting for a long long time. The meat was yellow for the first 3/8 of an inch from being dried out and very gross.
I could and planned on eating kfc 1-3 times a week there but after this horrible experience, I will not be coming back.
How much business do you think you have lost because of this type of reason?
Mine is lost for sure.
This is also why you need good paid/competent workers that keep a good standard.
Just me alone, I would have spent about $120 a month there for food which comes out to about $1,440.00 a year. Now multiply that by 100 people with the same experience who would have spent more than me.
So you are losing approximately $144,000.00 a year or so in sales because of low quality.
Maybe put out a sign on the front saying you have fixed your problems so when you do, more people will give you a chance again.
Store was filthy. Back line had food all over the floor. They weren't keeping up on food prepped and rdy to serve.
