Extremely rude staff. I walked in the door ready to drop hundreds of dollars. I walked right back out and will never return.

I’m read some bad reviews, so I was hesitant about coming, but decided to give it a try. Anyways, I found some decent clothes for a pretty decent price, just wear a mask some people have more anxiety about things then others owner was nice and polite she just would like people to wear a mask

Would give zero stars if I could. Lady may be a little too old. She told my husband that it must suck having so much estrogen in a household, who says that? Also said he had a "deer caught in headlight look" obviously needs to tale a senior citizen class on customer service.

Don’t shop here, people. This owner/manager DOES NOT deserve your business. She turns the lights OFF on you 30 minutes before the store closes if you aren’t at the desk checking out. Says she needs time to shut down her register so she can walk out the door at close. Maybe change your hours then? Sooo many more poor experiences at this place. The woman is nuts.

Manager was really rude, talked down to me and said I should take my things to stuff etc. I will never take my things there again, I recommend the same to anyone else, I have had people tell me she was rude and not easy to work with, but this is the first time I experienced the rudeness myself. She stated if we wore face masks perhaps she wouldn’t be down an employee. Seriously lady, learn to be more humble you are making a living off of other people stuff. Ungrateful! Please share to never go there!

Can't even shop there as a SAHM because you can't bring children in. Very weird to hate kids and own a kids store.

I shouldn't even give this place a star rating.staff at this place is very disrespectful rude and unclean people. Twice I have been to this place these so called staff was very rude to both me and my husband better pray I don't turn your place in to the better business. Clean your store.a

Called in to see if I was able to cash out my account - but had to call into House Works (which she also owns) because Kid Works was closed all week.
I asked when I may be able to go in and collect my money - she then went off on how horrible and disappointing people are because her worker ended up sick because someone came in without a mask. Didn’t answer my question so I needed to ask again. Unsure why it was necessary to share that with a customer.
The doctors offices and hospitals no longer require it - unsure why she still does.
I’ve not been able to take my kids in here to buy them clothes because they’re younger than 16…. For a KIDS store.

I usually make decent money while consigning - but over the last couple of years the rudeness and absolutely ridiculous rules really leave me not ever wanting to shop or consign here. I’ll be going some place else, from now on.

Saw a for sale sign outside - hoping someone else buys it and turns this place around.

I would give zero stars if I could. The older lady is very very rude. No kids under 5 allowed even though it's a kids store. Must wear mask and they will not help provide one if needed. They will just tell you to get out of the store. We exchanged some words and I walked out. She then proceeded to get behind my car and write down my license plate number. This place is horrible

I used to love this place and their selection but I will not be shopping here anymore. I had read bad reviews but never had any issues until now. I took my FIVE year old in with me (as mentioned in other reviews, you must be 5 to enter) and the employee yelled that nobody under 5 is allowed in. I explained that she was 5 and she looked like she might argue but didn't. My daughter reached up and pulled her mask further up on her nose and the employee yelled that she can't touch her mask in the store. My daughter was so confused and I was angry so we left and won't be back. There weren't any other customers there so they should consider being nice to the customers that go along with all of their rules to shop there.

Was there yesterday, last time to go there. Checkout lady said kids are not allowed in because they are the vector of disease. Very unfriendly place.

Great selection of clothes, I came in planning to spend $100 on my daughter because the clothes are very reasonably priced but the owner was /incredibly/ rude. I didnt have a mask on (most places dont require them anymore) and asked her if she had any I could use. She literally told me to leave her store and "go shop somewhere else" so I did and I don't plan on returning.

Couldn't bring my KID into Kidworks. This would be like dis-allowing an alcoholic into a liquor store. I cannot believe the very name of the story won't let in those whom the store is tailored to. Horrendous.

Always used to love this place. Now it’s absolutely horrible. Can never shop for KIDS clothes because…I have kids. Absolutely rude store with zero common sense, the only store I have ever seen in the last year still under such ridiculous mandates. I don’t know how they are still open.

Its my first time posting a review good or bad. Our recent experience was so awful at Kidsworks, couldn't stay silent. Me, my daughter and granddaughter stopped in and, within seconds of arriving, a very crabby and rude woman ran towards us waving her hands that we must leave and children under 5 were not allowed in the store. She was absolutely rude and told us to go shop somewhere else. So we did, highly recommend Once Upon a Child. Kidswork, nope, stay away.

Will not allow children under 5 in their store. Do they not understand that half of the items in their store are for children under the age of 5? I used to love going here, now I don't even stop when I happen to be in town without my kids.

Looks like I am in good company about how ridiculous this place is- they must not care about their low rating and losing business at an alarming rate. They are extremely rude and don’t allow kids under 5- are you kidding me? Apparently I have to hire a babysitter to buy a used hoodie for my one year old. No thanks! Give your money elsewhere.

In what world does a clothing store for kids not allow kids under 5 in the store? Will not shop here even when I can bring my older child.

If I could give no stars, I would. A consignment store for KIDS…. But they don’t allow kids. Assisiates or owner themselves (unsure) Extremely unkind and rude. We will not support a business like this
