I took my truck in for a few general service items. I could not pick the vehicle up until very close to closing time. After pick up, I start driving down the road and hear a weird screeching noise. I drive immediately back, it is now after close. They very easily could have said we are closed, we can't do anything with it tonight, I would have understood. However, the tech took it for a quick test drive to hear the noise; we get back to the shop put it on the lift and he discovers the issue. It was a twig rubbing on the wheel that was stuck in the brakes; absolutely nothing to do with their servicing of the truck. I would have not believed a twig could make such a noise, but I was there when he pulled it out and the noise has been gone ever since, over a month now. Kimberly Car City chose to go the extra mile above and beyond and address my concern on the spot! Thank you, it let me know I made the right decision to buy my truck and have it serviced there!
