Department Store Kohl's reviews
18Same same, I like it, but I don't like the full price with a discount. It's never really that great a deal, and it's on things I'm really not that interested in.
Another Amazon return but I found 2 cute tops and a pair of black slacks (men’s) because women’s can’t have pockets worth talking about
Customer service was ok, could be better. One of the managers on duty was not very pleasant.
The shoe section and selection seems like it's a terrible mess every time I have been there to look for shoes
A very well staffed and stocked store. We usually find what we're looking for. All in all a good stop!
Kohl's was fine but had a different layout from the last time I was there. It was also quite pricey. Went looking for a dress shirt and liked a few of them, but they were too costly. Walked out empty handed.
They don't keep the store recovered well throughout the day. Nor do they seem to have people in designated spots to keep up with recovering the store. As a person who works retail it bothered me. But at the same time they might be understaffed and it is a big store.
It's the best place to shop there. They have sale every week and u can use 30% or 40% in clearance.
Nice store but hard to find smaller size women's clothing. That's over by the checkout and door to enter the store and to leave. I didn't like that, spent so much time looking for the right size and wasted hours looking never found anything smaller size, ended up leaving and not buying what I wanted to get. Seen it as I was leaving and I just left mad.
I usually don't go to Kohl's a lot only when they have good cleaners or good deals but is a good store
Amazon returns.
It’s nice the Kohl’s has Amazon returns but my experience today was terrible. Brought back two returns and as I stood in front of the return counter, I heard somebody yell I’ll be right there have your QR code ready.
Since I had 2 returns, I had one already, and when she came up, she scanned it no issues. It took me a couple seconds to get the second one, and it seemed like she was frustrated that it was taking me too long to find it.
When I did find it, she scanned it, and her little scanner was just twirled around and no receipt or anything printed out. I even questioned her about it, and she said don’t worry in a grumpy voice
I came home to find that the first one showed returned on Amazon’s app, and the second one showed nothing.
After 20 minutes with an Amazon representative they resent me a QR code, and I had to go back out to Kohl’s and have it re-scanned
I wondered if I didn’t notice this if I would ever have gotten credit? Plus the lady was really rude the way she talked and her demeanor
I will gladly use the free UPS returns that Amazon offers now instead of going to Kohl’s. I don’t buy much there anyhow, even when I do walk in.
Website said there were five (obscure size 13 boot) in stock. Drove 25 minutes to store to find none. No help on the floor.
Needed a blouse for an event. Found a Kenneth Cole sweater on clearance for $8.00, from $42.00. I left my earbuds in the dressing room, my mistake. Didn't realize it until the next morning, so I called, and to my surprise, they were turned into the lost and found.
We didn’t find whatever we looked for. Unorganized a few sections. They need to work on it. Pricing is mess in sale areas.
Prices are higher than necessary for basic items.i always feel overwhelmed going here due to so many neat things to see.average sizes go fast for good items
If I could give this place zero stars I would. Kohls used to be the ONLY please I got all my stuff, from clothes and shoes to bed, bathroom and kitchen. The prices of their stuff now days is just incredibly ridiculous, I know the prices of everything have gone but c’mon, I now go right next door to target and get better quality stuff for half the price and I don’t have to buy 2 get a deal! They’ve also changed it so you can’t pay your Kohls card with a debit card over the phone I have to drive alllllll the way to the store just to do so! I don’t live super close to one so that’s incredibly inconvenient to me! Also tells me they’re hurting for customers! Doing anything they possibly can to get people in the door. Must have been why they added Sephora as well.
Maybe if they change their prices they won’t have to close their doors.
Noone around to help me locate luggage. Only 2 registers open. One person offered the consumer thr rewards perk and if she wanted a kohl's card to save 10%. The person who waited on me never said anything about either one. They had great sales and I got some good deals on spring dresses and jewlry.
