Disappointed in Subaru purchase. Car drives fine, but issues with fluids, windshield wipers and car speakers. Didn't realize these things until we got home. Told to invest in these things myself when I called to ask for replacements under the warranty.

Had an emergency tire blow out and they hooked me right up so I could get back on the road! These fellas were slammed that day and fit me right into thier already overloaded schedule! Thanks ya'll!

Koops sales and sevice is second to none. I purchased my exmark mower 3 months ago and Already had my first service with them aswell. Fast and friendly service. I also had a warrant issue with my mower and Jeremy handled right away and already installed the part I needed. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is buying or servicing a mower. Electric power steering went out on my daughter's car. We took it to a nearby service center in Cedar Rapids that had good reviews. She got a quote for $2,000 to replace it. We paid to have it towed to Koop's and it cost $68 to have them repair it. Day two and it's still working great. Koop's consistently is cheaper, faster and great service!
