On the test drive I heard a grinding noise and asked what it was and the salesman, who said my mom can't go with us, it was the wheels on the highway. So I then bought it for 5000 dollars. They were making comments like, I noticed a dent and the salesman said well ya got a plunger at home don't you. Anyhow the transfer case, is what the noise I was hearing was, I found that it was going to cost me 3000 dollars to repair. I called them and they said they weren't going to do anything about it. I'm going to make a complaint with the better business bureau, and have a lawyer intervein because they lied to me about the grinding and they didn't divolge the damage that makes it unsafe to drive

I needed a part for my Impala and absolutely could not find it online. I told them what I wanted. They asked for the make, model, and year of my car. In less than ten minutes they found it, quoted a price and ordered it for me. I had spent over two hours looking everywhere online with no luck.

Jake and his team in the service department are terrific! I called today as my car’s battery was dead even after charging all night. Called Jake and he sent 2 guys to come jump it, take back to service dept to get new battery and then they bought back all within maybe 45 minutes (if that). I always get great service here! Highly recommend!
