Just set and appointment for who you enjoy (Marissa for me) and service is impeccable. They do welcome walk-ins but you may have to wait for a stylist to be available. Services offered are top notch, even if doing a walk-in, and all stylists are friendly, down to earth, nice people.

Had a bad experience with the guy with Lambert tattoo on his next. Told him the style and he acted like he didn’t understand what I said skin fade going to a 2 high and tight. Drenched me with the sprayer, cut my bangs in a way I specifically asked him not to. Only cut half of my part line. End up cutting my hair way shorter than I asked and said I see why you didn’t want it that shorter.
At the cash register he smiled and said oh don’t worry I don’t need a time. He made it a really weird experience.

I asked for them too make my hair wavier and I wasn't paying attention and when I noticed it was too late but they cut off 3/4 of my hair which was about 9 inches long at the time because the lady giving me the hair cut thought that it would look better, it didn't it wasn't even a good hair cut and my hair was and still is extremely important too me, i complained and the only thing she did was offer to make it shorter. I cried for days. Will never go back to this place or any barber ever again. Untrustworthy pieces of garbage. They did do a great job dying my hair a few years back though.

Sign says walk ins welcome. Walked in, signed in, sat there for 45 minutes to be told there's too many appts. Won't return.

Cameron cut my roommates hair who is autistic and was very nervous stepping out of his comfort zone and doesn't like talking during cuts from being uncomfortable so thank you Cameron for being attentive to his needs! He will be back!

This place is amazing. Extremely Relaxing, laid back. Great service every single time. The hot towels & massage at the end of the king’s treatment, WORTH IT! Highly recommended!

They do a much better job than most other places but they never have enough stylists. It’s either a very long wait or they are booked up solid for the day by 11 AM. I don’t know if this is a management issue or pay issue but they need to get this straightened out. I’d Love to give them my business but they never have enough staff.

This is the 2nd time I have called and made an appointment only to get there and get told that they don’t have it in there books. Both times I have the name of the stylist I booked but they don’t really care. Terrible business model & even worse service!

This is my new favorite place to get a haircut. I've had good service and get a good clean cut. The hot towel during the wash I recommend you get. They take walk-ins or you can call to schedule an appointment with your choice of stylist.

Terrible.literally gave them a picture and then they do what they want. No talent there anymore.
