Beautiful camping area. Has electric hookups for the RV. They want only $10 a night. The only problem is the bathrooms and shower areas are locked this time of year. So if you go in December you have to drive 5 to use the restroom.

Great little fishing hole for a young anglers. Bluegill are in the plenty to get a young child hooked on fishing! Oh yes there are bass and crappie too!

We had a great time here! Camped in a tent at spot #97 and #98. The site was little small, so we had to park along the road. Not many campers in this side of the park so it was quiet. The loop with the RVs was packed! The equine trail head was right next to our site, so the kids were happy to see an occasional horse. We could occasionally hear a horse from the horse corrals which are nearby. Site #97 did not have a cooking grate on the fire ring, #98 did. Both sites were partial shade and had picnic tables.

We walked around and this park is beautiful! There's a picnic area (one table) down on the lake where we took some nice photos. The beach was nice and clean and the kids had a blast there. We wished there was somewhere to rent kayaks or paddle boats. Overall, we had fun and would come here again!

Lake is pretty small and silty. Beach has nice sand and is roped off. Park is older very limited for camper spots, lots of nice tenting spots. Lots of upkeep needed on picnic tables and other wooden structures
Nice rest rooms & showers

Really needs to work on getting it all mowed we don't need Tallgrass where people are picnicking playing frisbee golf. So it does attract bugs and mosquitoes

Everything is good, but to many people using the boat trailer area that don't have boats hard to park there if you have a boat trailer.

Very quiet campground. Not many electric spots and the pads are extremely uneven so make sure you have plenty of levelers. The beach is nice and there are trails for people to bring their horses and ride around the lake. Several boat ramps for fishing.

Great studio cabin with full fridge, 2 electric burners, microwave, shower, 2 sinks, and toilet. Beautiful park.

A staple of my childhood. I have been going here since I was a kid. Amazing place to hang out with your family. Only downside is that I wish the lake was cleaner, and that there was more to do.

Beautiful, but not so sure it's the best place for fishing.spent several hours here without a single bite.other than that, it still is a beautiful and relaxing place to spend an afternoon.

Awesome little campground. Ladies bathhouse, the showers could use some help. Water was hot or cold no middle ground and has the push button to turn the water on. Had to push it alot as it seemed like it was on for a minute then off.

Great little state park. I wished there were some RV camping spots on the water. Unfortunately, all of the camping spots even near the water are tent only. The showers went from cold to blistering and there is no temperature regulation, just a button that turns on the water for a few minutes. Restrooms in general appeared clean but there were spider webs and dead bugs in just about every corner.

We did an early off season trip. The campgrounds were being cleared of dead ash trees so it was a bit messy but was getting cleaned up. The bathhouses were not yet open. Really enjoyed the quietness & fresh air.

Park had a lot of great trails along the lake. Nice picnic area with penisula areas and benches. Very nice swimming beach. The cabins looked nice and were right up by the lake. Some nice looking shelters. The turkey vultures were definitely out.
