We stayed here for a stopover coming and going from Minnesota to Kentucky.

Very easy access off the.

We have the same site for both stays.
The site was very level and the hookups all function fine.

I was really impressed with the size of the sites in the amount of space between the adjacent a campers.

There was tornado warnings during one of our stays.
Besides hearing the local sirens the staff did a great job at sending out a text alert to take cover and providing a safe place to stay during the tornado warning.

I would not hesitate to stay here again and I would ignore any of the negative reviews that have been posted regarding this campground.

Great RV campground with very courteous staff. Nearly flawless grounds, mini golf and a splash pad. Easy check-in and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again

No one was there when we arrived and left. There is no river, and the lake is nothing more than a died up pond.

We stopped on our way to North Dakota, and are back again on our way back to Tennessee. Plenty of room between spots. Easily fit our 36 ft travel trailer. Great place right off the interstate. Plenty for kids, splash pad, etc. Definitely will be back, great service.

Our dad recently passed and we took him home to Iowa where he's from & where both of his parents are buried. We had to plan a funeral/reception from another state 7 hours away. All I could see were a few pictures on the internet. We rented the airnb @ Beyander that was absolutely perfect for everything we needed to do. Kalee went above & beyond to accomodate/help us & make our stay/reception as great as it possibly could be given the circumstances. The price of the airnb was extremely reasonable. $145 a night for an entire house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an entire basement, a 2 car garage, a patio deck, a grill, a beautiful kitchen with all working appliances including a washer & dryer, two big screen tv's with netflix, & working wifi. That's how much one will pay for a cramped hotel room. They have a reception room available for rent for $25. We rented it & then ended up not needing it bc we did everything at the spacious airnb. We are ever so grateful for all of her help! She's the woman to talk to if you have any questions or want to plan your trip. My sisters want to rent it again in the future bc they enjoyed it and so did all of our guests. Some of our guests were from the area, but didn't know it even existed & they were also super impressed. The campground is decorated so cute. They have things to do for the littles. I got my first glimpse of what the RV Life is like & I loved it! I can see why people do it. There's a Casey's gas station & a Dollar general just down the street. It's definitely worth checking out!

This park lives up to the Good Sam rating. Good sized lots. Fun things for kids like the train to climb on, splash pad and mini golf. Quiet and well maintained.

Shiney clean shower/restroom. I was impressed. Lawn mowed. Laundry room available on site! Mini golf is so fun. And they are putting the finishing touches on the pouchie park/fenced in area with lots of room for them to roam. Great experience.

After reading the mixed reviews - I have to agree with the majority of comments about it being run down. It's clear to see it was once a pretty campground, but it needs work on the roads, signage, the flower boxes that only have weeds in them. It is serviceable as an overnight stop, though, with good water pressure and wide and easily accessed sites.
