Purchased a Queen Lebeda in May of 2016. Am now relocating, and wanted Lebeda to at least disassemble the bed, or provide some instructions or a manual about the proper procedure. (No manual or written instructions were provided when installed because Lebeda did the original installation.) The person in Marion office on 21 June, 2019, said no, they do NOT do dis-assemblies (even for money), and no, they do not have any instructions for same. Guess what? I was present when they did the disassembly and reassembly of my next door neighbor's King Lebeda, when she moved a few blocks from her old condo. Was willing to pay for the service, but apparently they don't service what they install once delivered. So folks, when you think about putting out those hard-earned premium greenbacks for their products, keep in mind this is what I experienced. Love the bed and great quality, but for their prices their attitude towards Customer Service seems worrisome.
