Moved in a couple months- our apartment is beautiful.pool is amazing to sit next to these last couple days after work. Manager and leasing agent are friendly and always willing to help. Maintenance is quick and always on top of their work!

Everytime i need something. Aubree does great getting back. Malt has always responded right away. Highly recommend.

I just moved here the landlord is very friendly and understanding. They are gentle and kind with special needs people I’m blessed to have home.

My cousin use to live here and I’ve always liked the apartments I was considering moving here but unfortunately I have a German Shepard mix: (

Aubree is nice and works with me when I need help with things and gives out great resources, the front desk lady is always nice and polite when I speak with her as well. Hunter is great with fixing things and getting the job done.

I think Aubrey is an assome manager and I can't express my gratitude enough for helping me and My family!

I’ve lived here for about 3-4 years now…been through numerous landlords and the current one Aubrey, is by far one of the most excellent landlords I’ve ever had! There was a time I was in between jobs and fell a bit behind on the rent, with a lot of communication, we were able to come to a payment agreement.she has really turned this place around and stays on top of things. If you’re looking for an amazing landlord, Aubrey is 100% the one!

I and my family have lived here for 3 and 1/2 years. Good management team and awesome maintenance Guys. Always got my stuff fixed when I need it and never had any problems. The pool was amazing and glad I got to enjoy it this last summer! Friendly Neighbors in the biulding. Glad to live here. I recommend it

Very amazing staff maintenance is always quick at getting things fixed. Quiet place to live. Close to elementary schools for little ones.

I really love it here they treat me with respect and fairness. I couldn’t have asked for a better landlord. She does a fantastic job.

I’ve lived here for about 8years or so and I’ve gone through numerous owners and managers. I’ve really enjoyed most of the management. I must say Aubrey has done a great job in cleaning up the place. I’ve always had any problems taken care of ASAP. Hunter has also gone above and beyond helping me with things he really didn’t have to. Thx for working hard and going above and beyond in cleaning up this community!:) ;)

They do not fix or repair anything. There is no such thing about updates. They are rude when you try to ask them. They don't mow, weeds is our yard, and it is full of flea's, they do not pickup the trash in the yard, the parking lot is full of pot holes. I've lived here for 10 years, and they won't repaint or clean the carpet. They will charge you for things such as pest control but it's been over 3 months since I have seen anyone. I could go on and on. I want so bad to leave this place I pray to the lord to help me get out. Oh the police, fire engines and ambulance are over a lot. I have been robbed three times and shot at. There's mud on the sidewalk always in front of the entrance. I fell on the ice a while back and broke my hand and had to have surgery on it because of the ice on the sidewalk at the door.

I am so thankful to not be a tenant at these apartments because owning a property backing up to them is a nightmare enough. I have experienced trash, food and misc. Items thrown over the fence onto my backyard many times, putting my dogs in danger. I had a privacy fence installed to protect my animals from the inconsiderate neighbors and that turned out to be extremely necessary since the apartment owned fence is falling apart and clearly won't be fixed without great hassle. Tenants regularly yell and scream at all hours of the night, cars blast bass so loud my house vibrates. This neighborhood is so great but these apartments are poorly maintained, poorly managed and detract from my enjoyment of my own property regularly.

I’ve been living here for 4 years and the staff has always been nice and helpful to me through 2 cases of covid I’ve never had a problem we couldn’t resolve
