My experience was absolutely horrible. I walked up to get my picture taken, smiled at the photographer, said hello, and she rudely snapped and told me to sit down. The entire photo process she looked at me with a dirty glare like I was gum under her shoe and spoke to me in a rude tone like I had done something wrong. I smiled politely the whole time figuring maybe she would ease up, but no, she just got meaner as time went on. My pictures turned out horrible because of how awkward and uncomfortable she made me feel. The girl didn’t even tell me when she was taking the photo, so I’m not even looking at the camera. To the genuinely mean young female photographer with platinum blonde bangs, I’ll be happy to never see you again.

When I got my daughter's football cheerleading pictures back her name was misspelled, not just her first name but her last name as well. I contacted customer support and they said they would reprint the pictures and correct the spelling, well they corrected the first name but misspelled the last name a different way again. So, I contacted customer support once again and they were going to reprint the package again with the name corrected, it finally was done right. This took 3 times to get it right. Well, now she has had boys basketball cheerleading pictures taken, and I just got the digital images in my email and you'll never guess what happened.her first name is misspelled once again.not sure about the last name because I don't have the package in my hand yet. I am usually very happy with lifetouch, but with these last two experiences, I'm very disappointed and once I have the package delivered and in my possession I'll be making that phone call once again. I think if this company can't get people who can't read what is on the order form and type at the same time and proofread what was typed then maybe a little bit more training needs to be done since these packages are not cheap.

Terrible they sent it to me twice with the wrong backgrounds and then sent it for a 3rd time finally correctly and I waited 5 months almost 6 months for school pictures that were suppose to be delivered to the school.very disappointed especially with how much we pay for pictures for our kids.

Got a call today from Ryann (sp?) at the main office. She sincerey apologized for the inconvenience and acknowledged my problem with courtesy and professionalism. She is expediting my pictures to my house and she refunded my original payment back to me. Thanks Ryann!

The local Lifetouch company, here in Bettendorf, IA is absolutely impossible to get ahold of. I've sent emails & left voicemails. Nothing. My son had pic re-takes & they actually sent home his portraits with the original pics he had taken instead of the re-takes. So, I'm still out the $40 but have no good pics. These were taken in AUGUST for crying out loud. I will update if they ever resolve this problem.
