Michael Mayberry is a great salesperson! He helped me find exactly what I needed. Just wish they'd been a little more flexible in making a deal since I paid cash.

We were in search of a smaller suv then a van due to grown children and us not needing such a large vehicle any longer and after calling around trying to find the Nissan Kicks in the color we wanted we found that Nissan of Ames was in possession of the one we wanted. Francesco was so very helpful and very knowledgeable about the kicks and was very thorough about the entire process. He explained every single thing to us in terms we would understand and was very polite and didn’t treat us like we were just a number. He made us feel like we were becoming a part of the Nissan family and that is something my husband and I look for in a salesman. Not someone who is pushy or doesn’t take our needs and wants into consideration and Francesco did. He was amazing!

Went in for an oil change and to have the mechanic take a look at my radiator for any issues. The service crew there are great and very trustworthy, not to mention very friendly and easy to talk to about any concerns!

It was good salesman was waiting for me when I arrived. Took car for test drive everything was good. Paid cash and still had to wait over an hour. Car wasn’t ready to be sold needed tires mirror and some stuff. Waiting to pick up next week parts are back ordered. Overall I would buy from them again.

My communication and process to complete my new Lease with Skyler was great. I'd have no problem working with him or this dealership in the future.

If you like spending all day at a dealership to complete a cash sale, this is the place for you. Back to Hummels from now on!

Didn't take my car here, took my Nissan to the group I bought the car used from in Boone. Pat Clemons is working on my car and immediately determined it was a brake sensor. This was dropped off Wednesday morning.

They ordered the part from this dealership and they said they would get it to them in the afternoon. However, they sent the wrong sensor. So you would think they might prioritize getting the correct part to them today, now Thursday, but as of 3pm they have not made an attempt to correct the issue. So here I am without a car for now going to be a 3rd day, costing me $200/day in income that I need my car for. Pat Clemons did everything right. I sure as heck will not take my Nissan to this dealership if they can't even send the right part to another dealership.

I see a lot of good reviews for inside help but full service to help other Nissan owners doesn't seem to interest them.

Great service, did all they could to get me the car I wanted. Only complaint is my reverse lights were supposed to be fixed but they weren't.

I have had my car for a month and am loving it! I just returned from a road trip, the entire ride was smooth and the Android Auto navagation and 360 degree camera were extremely helpful!

Been trying to get ahold of title department or service manager and never get a call back. Had my new car for 10 days and they misspelled my middle name, digitally applied for a tag in Iowa even though my address is in Minnesota. Would be nice to be able to drive the new car I bought.

He worked some magic and was able to help make the one on their lot mine. The three hour drive was well worth every minute. I would recommend them to anyone!

Great salesman Gary was knowledgeable and not pushy. I am so impressed. The service department refused to fix something on the car. But everyone else was very nice.
