Went to the San maran location today 12/29/22 ordered some crazy bread. When I got home and was eating them and in 1 there was a piece of what looked like a brissle to the brush they use to put the garlic butter on I tried calling over and over again and no answer.

The slowest pizza place ever. I ordered online an hour ahead and still sat waiting for an hour. It's like they can't prepare anything until you get there.

Order from here almost weekly every friday since I moved from out of state 6 months ago from rockford. Always on point making really good quality pizzas for the price. Friday's and Saturdays are the only nights they are open when I get off work since i work till 10, otherwise I would order from here much more often.

Food was cold, pizza barely had topping when I ordered the extra most bestest and didn't even see any employees when I picked up my food from the portal

Placed an order 12 hours ahead of time for 9 pizzas for a Christmas party. Got a confirmation email and noticed that my card was charged.

When I got there to pick up the pizzas that were already paid for they told me that I had to order 24 hours in advance for a large order.

I talked to someone at their location over the phone that told me he saw the pizzas coming out of the oven for my order.

I then got an email saying that my order was ready to be picked up. When I got there they refused to help me and couldn’t explain to me why 1 person told me the order was coming out of the oven and I had an email confirming the food was ready.

The 2 girls I talked to were rude and unwilling to help. After going back and forth for almost 45 minutes they finally refunded my $85.

Horribly understaffed had to do my order online. Our deep dish pizza was just about completely uncooked. It was dough. They did remake it for me but the second time it was all dough too. They did give me another order of my wings and cheese sticks though. They were very polite the store was very clean.

Danielle Cook was amazing with helping me with my issue, was very patient and kind with me as I was very upset. The way she handled everything was perfect. Thank you Danielle for showing that you care! She definitely needs a raise!

I tried to order a pepperoni classic and a bestest mostest pepperoni pizza. They told me over the phone they don't carry the bestest pepperoni pizza any more. I get there and after I paid for 2 classic I see it on the menu. I mentioned to them about the phone call. They just said they were sorry and didn't try to make it right. Not happy

Never had a complaint at any little Caesars and this one is just the same. Consistently great for what you pay for and always seem to have good staff. Thanks guys.

Since when is it okay to publicly reprimend your employee and customer? Well PAUL seems to think it’s okay. He decided to yell through the store to his employee about how awful it was she didn’t charge extra for cheese. He then decided to come over to me a customer and tell me how awful I was for not paying for extra cheese (didn’t know any different) whoever is the lead there needs to talk to Paul and re train him in dealing with not only employees (co workers) but customers as well. I’m literally so disgusted. Molly however, was extremely sweet and is why I’m giving this 1 star. Something needs to change-

One thing I was always told in the field of work I am in. Here are three choices, you only get two. Cheap, Fast, and Good. If you want it cheap and fast, it wont be good. If you want it good and fast, it wont be cheap. If you want it cheap and good it won't be fast. Little Caesars falls into the Cheap and Fast category. If you need a quick bite, Little Caesars isn't a bad choice as long as you get the crazy bread, because those are great bread sticks. If you order a pizza, make sure you ask them to put it in the oven a bit longer because they rarely give you cooked pizza. The last one we got was so doughy. But I usually get the deep dish, ask them to cook it a bit longer, and ask for less sauce because they put way too much sauce on it too. The service is hit or miss. The last cashier we had was really rude but the other employee that came up to help was very nice.

I ordered a pizza online at 3PM. They were supposed to be open at 11AM. I showed up at the designated time but the doors were locked and the place was dark. I waited until 4PM to see if they opened. I saw a worker go in but they wouldn't answer the door or the phone. I ended up leaving after wasting 2 hours. To top it off, they still charged my credit card for the order even though it was never made. And now I'm getting the runaround from corporate trying to get my money back.

Update: The store management was quick to respond to this after getting through the corporate customer service and promptly issued a refund. It seems that they are under new management since this occurred and hopefully this is a good sign for the future service at this location.
