4I cannot speak highly enough of this church! If you are looking for a community, a place to belong, a way to grow in your knowledge of God, the gospel, and truth, this is the church for you. Living Waters is committed to meeting the needs of people who attend there as well as the southside community in general.
I love this church! I love the people God is bringing together in the name of Jesus. The people at Living Waters are blue collar, community driven, humble, hungry for the Gospel, and coming from every tribe, tongue and nation. ¡Es un lugar maravilloso!
I didn't realize how difficult it was to be a visitor until leaving my home church of over 25 years. Over the following 7 years, it became frustratingly convicting to realize how hard it is to plug into a new church. Then we moved to the south side and looked into LWF. We felt so welcome and included. It is down-to-earth, biblically solid and they are passionate about reaching all nations with the gospel message- not just those who look me.
On top of all of this, I have been pushed out of my comfort zone in a great way. I have been able to find some women to speak truth into my life and direct me to the Bible rather than feelings. My husband has been able to connect with some of the men who will do the same for him and our young girls are loved and excited to join in the kid ministries soon. God is working here!
Great people with a heart for God! We love how they have Bible studies for the Spanish speaking community as well! Truly a blessing!
