I believe Brian was the person who helped me. Great person, Genuine people all around. The prices are nothing to complain about, for the convenience this business offers.

Some of the best professionals out there. Got recommended by a lot of friends and family. They are super friendly and gave me a complete breakdown and suggestions of things that might need replacing and didn’t push me to get them replaced asap like most other places unless it was something critical. I’m a happy customer:)

LOFX has always been good but I was especially impressed this time. No more printed tickets! I love that extra convenience. There is a webcam on the host now so you can see their face. They still have coffee and hot chocolate! Brandon helped me today and went above and beyond! He was friendly and double checked everything! I had a $20 off coupon emailed to me and that was the icing on the cake!

Today was my first visit but it won’t be my last. Fast and efficient service. The technician who helped me, named Bria, was phenomenal. Smart and knowledgeable and incredibly friendly! Excellent customer service provided by her!

Pricing is highly questionable in my eyes.
Sold me a secondary service and then when I went to pay and didn't see it in the bill I got a "Oh we couldn't do that, we suggest you take it to a repair shop. "
Sat for over half an hour looking at my car out the window waiting for literally ANYONE to come into the waiting area so I could pay my bill and leave.

Excellent service one little mistake. But they made it right all is good I will continue to go there.

Very competent and professional people. I've been their customer for 2 years and I always leave their shop satisfied. They take the time to honestly explain any issues your car might have and they don't push you into anything like other car shops. Recommend them to anyone who needs an oil change, transmission fluid flush/changes, and many other services.

They were very prompt in there service and did a excellent job. I like the fact that they do a inspection of all your fluids
and tires.

I like this place, but when I tell them that I have a coupon, their prices goes up somehow. Their service is good but they need to look into this matter.

If interested in making it right, the supervisor would have been willing to at least talk to me and explain the same item being replaced two oil changes in a row. They were not

Loved having a female mechanic work on my SUV. To get advice from another woman about car stuff was refreshing. And I trusted her.

Wonderful service start to finish per usual! Lovely lady at the front in bay 3 gave my doggie a dog treat!

They had an internet issue and came personally to each car to address the wait time. It was up and running shortly after. I can only assume payday fridays contributed to the line!

My service was quick! Only took 6 minutes (declined tire pressure service because I have nitrogen!).
