17We ate lunch there today 9/9/23 and the food was gross very greasy and bad taste we spent 33.12 for gross food never eating at that long John's again
Fish and chicken was over cooked, I couldn't believe it. It was like if you went to KFC and ordered extra crispy.
We waited for 15 minutes to order asked the cashier to take our order and she rudely answered “I’m busy” as if she didn’t care she had a line of about seven people. Never coming back here
It's ok. I have always stopped by when I'm around. Beats mc d's, but it's like any other Long John's Silver's. Haven't had any issues.
These imbeciles charged me $31.84 for one #7 meal. They make me wait in the Drive-Thru blocking everybody else trying to get their food, while they try to figure their stuff out. I had one meal this month that I was going to do fast food. I am on a very limited budget and now they've tied up 20 some odd dollars in my bank account, that has been set aside for my bills. The manager laughed at me when I called him. Bob is his name. Now to find their corporate number.
Hamburger was cold when I got home. Everything else was delicious and hot. The lady at the counter tonight was wonderful.
Deep fried and processed fish never tastes so good! The staff is nice enough and order came out quick, hot and ready.
I love walking in this store to begin with. But the atmosphere and the employees are the most amazing.
3 stars cuz they have recently changed their chicken. Still a good taste only half the size. Guess they decided to downgrade like the rest of America. Sorry not being crazy. Over the last 20 yrs though seems everything has gotten smaller and charged more. Unsure on pricing at Long John Silers as I didn't pay the bill.
I ordered the fish, shrimp and chicken platter with coleslaw and fries. Hushpuppies were stale. Portions are smaller and all the seafood was soaked in grease. Coleslaw was the only thing good. They changed The togo containers to plastic and that makes everything soggy. Before they had cardboard boxes and the food stayed crispy.
I won't be ordering from here again.
The food was good! The gal who brought the food out was pleasant. The one taking our order didn't seem very happy to be there.
Long John Silver's has the finest and most delicious flaky fish and scrumptious shrimps. I will pursue this premium seafood for the remainder of my existence.
What a great combination of foods LJS and A&W. The service was good the food was good.
Need to update hours, as sundays hours are from 10AM to 3PM according to papers on the drive through and doors
Again trying to make a order right staff was rude and food tasted like day old inspection needs to go there
I hadn't been to any Long John Silvers in years.literally, it was like I had remembered which was good. Table needed wiped.
Everytime we go to LJS on University, the lobby is closed or we don't get all our food. Tonight I checked the website and it said open. We get to store and it's dark and a note on pylon says Sunday hours 10: 30 to 3: 00. I'm done with LJS
