If you’re looking for the best hair removal service in town, Kim is your girl! Not only is she super friendly but she is also super knowledgeable in hair removal and Electrolysis. She is very detail oriented and it shows! I’ve only gone a handful of times so far and I’ve already seen such great results! I couldn’t recommend Kim enough!

I only have positive things to say. This is my second person I’ve tried in Des Moines for electrolysis and Kim is extremely nice and good at what she does. After only a few sessions I’ve seen obvious improvement in hair loss and after being so afraid that it wouldn’t work, this keeps me coming back to her. The hours of availability make it easy to get this done without having to miss work and and because she’s so experienced the service seems quick and relatively painless.

I also read the couple of negative reviews which were about her cancelation policy which is not at all uncommon. She is up front about this and I admire her for sticking to her boundaries. When someone is in business for themselves and a customer cancels with short notice they have a difficult time finding someone to fill the spot quick enough and so then miss the opportunity to get paid.

Kim does a superior job. I truly appreciate her. She works very hard and is so lovely to talk to. It is easy to see she is a true professional who is also very dedicated to making you feel beautiful.
Kim takes her work seriously and I respect that. She does have a 48 hour notice policy if you wish to cancel, which I completely understand. Kim runs an excellent business, you will not be disappointed.

Lookin' Good With Electrolysis is a great one person electrolysis practice. Kim places a big emphasis on making you comfortable physically, socially, and personally. She has an excellent setup and a steady gentle had. This along with her use of topical anesthetic have made my electrolysis sessions with her the least painful I have had.
